Jeremy took such good care of my Subaru. It’s had 13 grand in damages. Looks brand new. Drives like a dream. They hooked me up with a great rental through Franks also. Ashly was super responsive to calls and very helpful. 100% recommend.

Wow what a great repair shop!! Never thought I'd leave a review for a collision center but I was really impressed by everyone at Frank's. Honest, responsive, helpful -- all around first rate. And the repair I received was perfect. Thanks, you guys!!!

Frank’s is the best shop in town, AMAZING service every time. Between the value, the quality, the speed, and the customer service, it just can’t be beat. Probably best spot in SoCal TBH. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, even when I was living up in LA I’d still come to Frank’s in San clemente because I knew I could trust them to deliver the best service.

Jeremy was amazing! I was particularly impressed w how he kept me informed of the status of my repair AND it was completed a bit early. No last minute changes to the estimate. Job well done and friendly, too!

Top notch staff and work quality. Great communication with work progress and insurance company. I was hit by a Tesla by a driver who had Tesla insurance. The Tesla insurance was non-responsive but Frank's kept at it and Tesla paid for the appropriate repairs. Nicely done!!

I stopped by the Irvine location two weeks ago to get an estimate to repair a ding and scratch on driver's side door (the lady said all work goes through the San Clemente location). It's been two weeks, and I STILL don't even have a quote! I've called repeatedly and told them this is time sensitive as I'll need the car to begin work at a new job. Nothing. No estimate. Meanwhile, Caliber Collision gave me a quote within 24 hours.

When we read the reviews, we expected to have a completely different experience than we have had. Our daughters brand new Audi (a few weeks old) was hit while she was at work, and we brought the car to Frank's (through insurance) for the repair. The damage was not significant, but did require repairs to the drivers door panel. Estimated cost was around $1500, so not an exceptionally complex or time consuming project. Fast forward two weeks after having left it with them, we had to get the car back as our daughter was leaving for college. The repairs remain incomplete - the paint job is so poor. Orange peel feeling paint repair area, paint has scratches in it, large flecks left sticking out. They painted over the piano finish on the exterior. Then then put some rag on the hood which stained the wrap. They put something else on the door mirror which stained that wrap. They didn't put the protective piece back on the door edge. There is PAINT inside the car on the shifter. Somehow they used nearly an entire tank of gas for the car while they had it. There is some overspray inside the car too which has left spots on the piano finish inside. I am SOOOOO mad. There is more damage to deal with from their "repairs" than there was when we brought it in. Unacceptable. Deeply, deeply unacceptable.

I first discovered Frank's Collision when I used to live in San Clemente. Jeremy was my first point of contact at the So. San Clemente location. He is now at the additional Frank's branch in San Clemente near Pico. Any time needed Auto repair, Frank's Collision has been my choice. Once I went to another shop at the recommendation of my insurance. Although they were fine, they was no comparison to Frank's Collision. It will always be my choice. What also puts them over the top is Jeremy, the GM. He knows the business very well and is proud of his team and strives to offer the best service. He is a sincere and wonderful person as well. Very down to earth.
