Why would anyone write a bad review about this place? Every time we come here everyone is hustling. I even listen to conversations the employees were having with customers. Paul seems to always be going above and beyond too. So grateful for this store being in our hometown.

Just the absolute worst costumer service. I always try to avoid this place and sometimes I come here out of necessity, and I always regret it.

Gaby was very kind, patient and helpful. I had to print multiple pages for a business mailing. She walked me through the steps and made sure everything turned out perfectly.Thanks to Gaby and the excellent San Clemente Fed Ex staff . 5 stars!!

I came here to pick up a package. One Staff was dealing with this one customer who's clueless about what she's doing. There's another counter that has a guy staff. I was in line and the guy completely ignored me. So I moved to his line and when it was my turn, I said im here too pick up a package and then he took my name, and then on his way to helping me. He immediately shifted on to this woman who was way over in the other side of the room and said. "Il be right back because she was here before you" So literally, he took my information and was about to get my package and chose to help the woman in the other end of the room who is FARTHER as if she's having a heart attack. Then I quickly noticed this guy helped only white people. Basically doesn't value any other customer but white customers. I am about to file a corporate complaint of what this guy did. RACIST

I have been to this to mail FexEx mail in the past but did not know how unhelpful some that work there are as this last visit. The difference between my previous visits to the last one was that the previous ones was on corporate business whereas this last visit was for personal business. So, I walked in around 3:30PM when the place was virtually empty, but the guy in attendance told me go use the self-service kiosk to create a label as I did not have a "corporate account". I was unfamiliar with their service variations and costs, but the guy was not going to assist me even though he was evidently not busy. What I picked as a purported multiday delayed service for a 0.2LB mail, it cost me $46.90. I was a bit disappointed by the high price for a mail that was not even overnight. When I went to mail it though, there was another attendant who I asked why the cost was so high. She told me that was because I picked the "wrong option" but she could not do anything as I paid the cost at the kiosk! Wow, what terrible service.I have been to this a place quite infrequently, but now I will be sure to not visit this is again. FedEx service done horribly!

I recently visited this Fed Ex store to scan some docs and I was having trouble with the machine, John was so kind and walked me through each step until we were sure the docs went through correctly. I would definitely recommend this store!

Brandon and Gabby are amazing!!! We had a ton of things to print for a wedding, and they were so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns, and were a wonderful help with getting everything done efficiently and easily.

I went to UPS to send a important document because the post office has disappointed me in the past. Almost $12 to send an envelope, told 95% chance recipient would receive the next day at LA address. Here it is almost a week later & the envelope is lost! No help from where I sent, online only option ^ the last step to send complaint won't go through. SO FRUSTRATED! I don't know how to get a simple letter from San Clemente to Los Angeles. Do I need to drive there, really?!

These workers are so afraid of their boss Gabby that they're unwilling to compensate customers for downtime on their end. Employees were great in trying to get the prints done but after 2 hours of waiting on two prints when there was no one in the shop is ridiculous. Thanks to Edwin for explaining the process. However when the other employee admits to making a mistake and causing it to take longer yet cannot make any budge on price is absurd.

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Kinko’s. I placed an order a week before the deadline. I called to confirm three different times and on Friday when I needed to pick them up, they had nothing ready, no one had contacted me to let me know the printer was down. This was a very important job that I needed to meet a deadline for my work. I’m actually amazed on how incompetent this location was.

EDWIN! Incredible human. Helps me every single time I come into the store with tons of things to print. Is prompt, helpful, and always has a solution whenever I run into a problem.
