Customer service is fantastic but Josh is the true asset to that paint store. He went way above mixing up our paint.. created a perfect shade ( custom) for us especially because we had a time crunch this morning.... Thanks Josh!!!

Luis was a great help to me last week when I came in looking for a color match. He was friendly, efficient, cooperative, and knowledgeable. He quickly went to work and had my paint ready in no time. What a pleasure it is to be in a paint store with a nice atmosphere and a wonderful young man that seemed to enjoy his job.

Our painter, Kirk, recommended we go here and meet with Kelly. Boy, am I glad we did! My husband and I walked in here with a million questions and had no idea where to begin. Kelly was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions with additional clarity! She is very knowledgeable about all things paint and eased our anxiety regarding our upcoming paint job. We are so please with our experience and will definitely be recommending this place to all of our friends, families, and coworkers.

Kelli was incredibly patient and informative. It can be overwhelming to choose from so many similar colors. She offered insight, advice and gave me sample cards to go home with. She truly made my experience @ Dunn Edwards great. It's employees like her that win customers over!

I have gone into Dunn-Edwards in San Clemente several times in the last couple of weeks to get some samples for redoing the interior of my home. Oscar helped me a couple of times and was hospitable, attentive and accommodating. Today was another example with who turned out to be the manager, Davon Cameron. I purchased the paint but was deciding on finishes and a custom color. Davon was gracious, patient and more than willing to try a couple of things to get my color right. Luis even carried all the paint to my car and seems like a great addition to this crew! Kudos to the whole team for exceptional customer service!
