NICE STORE ! Our daughter was looking for a warm reversible jacket / coat for her upcoming birthday so we popped in here for a look. Some cute reversible coats on sale but not quite what our daughter wanted ! NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

BEWARE of this place!! I will never step foot in this store again. I've never experienced a store OWNER being SO rude. Being so unkind to locals who are trying to shop is bad business. Telling customers you don't have time for them and don't want to help them when they are trying to purchase something is unreal. Especially when you aren't doing anything but just standing there. This lady needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this store. They don’t clearly display their return policy - so i when i had to return a dress I bought for my growing bump (the next day of purchase) noticing parts of it scratching my skin - they denied my request:( and said the information about no return is indicated in my receipt…after the purchase was made. Honestly, I would love to support local small businesses - but they should follow certain rules or at least make exemptions in situations like this.

Absolutely Love this boutique!!!!❤️ The owner keeps a wide variety of stylish on trend clothes that fit teens and twenties all the way up to those of us with a more mature figure!!! Also, they have great accessories!! Sunglasses, jewelry, and candles that I am obsessed with!! If you are heading to work, out on the town or on vacation this is the place to check out! It’s a GEM!!

I prefer shopping at family owned businesses rather than large "mall" stores. Now more than ever I think it is important to support our local small stores. Downtown Boutique is my first choice in San Clements for my wardrobe needs, or even if I don't need that adorable Linen dress made in Italy, it's hard to resist. Tika is the owner and what I like about her store is that she buys for all ages and most size women! She has a great selection and will help you with styling while trying on outfits if you like. It is also my new go to place for accessories like purses and hats. Another thing I like is that she buys frequently to continue with trending styles and there are always new items arriving weekly....

This boutique is an absolute GEM in San Clemente!! A place that sells affordable on trend clothes that fit all body types is not easy to find!! Look no further, this place is it!!! They have a great selection of accessories also!! Purses, hats, jewelry and candles!!

I would like a minus star. You do NOT want to be in Downtown! A rip-off. Purchased a top for my daughter on Saturday - she did not like it. Returned on Sunday. Woman there said the owner is not there and she doesn't know how to do it. Come back on Tuesday! Gave the benefit of the doubt. Returned on Tuesday. Same woman said owner had a '911', but she knows how to do it. Exchange only! Nothing, absolutely nothing that states exchange only. Nothing on the receipt. If business is bad, ripping off people and being dishonorable may bring you $32 bucks, but is it worth it? Really?
