CVS is a pharmacy and retail store that also functions as a medical center, offering services like coronavirus testing. Reviews note that experiences can vary significantly. Some customers report outstanding, kind, and prompt customer service, describing staff as superb, helpful, cheerful, and sweet. They appreciate clean stores and timely prescription readiness, often facilitated by a drive-thru. However, many reviews highlight systemic challenges. The pharmacy is often understaffed, with employees managing multiple tasks like pick-up, drive-thru, phones, and filling prescriptions, which can cause delays. The perspective is that this fast-paced system is not sustainable. There are known issues with the notification system, where a message that a prescription is ready may only indicate it has been received and is being processed. Insurance problems or errors from prescribers can create further delays that staff cannot always fix immediately. Pharmacy hours may differ from store hours and vary by location. Some customers express that treatment can feel unequal, with past experiences of not being treated well contrasting with better service later. The overall sentiment from the staff perspective is a request for patience, emphasizing that each location handles hundreds of prescriptions daily amid high demand and operational pressures.
Instock is not good, store looks filthy and Shibin is always consistently rude and unhelpful. I'll be going to the other location from now on.

still no medicine month after the prescription was sent to them. 0 stars. Pharmacy doesn't care about customers. The front checkout never has anyone behind the counter. Shelves have outdated food, and their inventory management also sucks. If you have actually been here, you know.

Kathy at the Pharmacy is a rockstar. She was fairly going back and forth helping drive-thru and inside window. Very professional. Store was clean and shelves were stoked neatly.
