Whelp, not too much of a shocker here. This review is more for Cox in general, not necessarily this store, although the store is a bit of a S%it show as well. Just spent two hours with Cox's customer service online requesting a simple procedure for my account information. The first Customer Service representative wasted 30 minutes collecting information just to tell me he couldn't help me, and then transferred me to someone who "could help me". Shocker, the second person, despite spending an hour and a half talking with them, was also unable to help me. As a result of being unable to perform a simple request, they attempted to up-sell me instead of transferring me to someone who could help. Overall, Cox is terrible,no surprise. Some of us are stuck using them as they have a monopoly in certain areas, others are lucky enough to have an option to use services from others. Who or what do we need to vote for in our local, state and federal elections to stop these conglomerates from having almost complete control over a utility that has become essentially critical for the majority of the population especially if your job depends on it?

Unfortunately Cox is the only service provider that offers the speed we need for our network, otherwise I would have chosen another provider. Customer (not sure they understand the meaning of the word) service (say again?) extremely poor.

I moved into a new Townhouse and as part of our amenities were offered cox contour package. I had to go to the Cox Store to set up the account and pick up equipment. I was greeted right away, Steve Pacella, the Assistant Store Manager, was able to link my current internet only account with our new Contour Package. He provided us with all the necessary equipment. He was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. While I was there I also paid my internet bill. Thank you Steve for the great customer service.

I use Cox communications and Laguna Niguel. The service has gone dead twice in just the last 24 hours for a total of 6 hours without internet service. If you have any other option, do yourself a favor, Take it.

Starting out, the guy who came to install immediately asked if he could use my bathroom, yes. He's in there for a long time, coming out to ask for a plunger which I didn't have. He left 3 enormous logs in my toilet. This sums up my Cox experience.

Needed a new router. Took the old one in and told Steve the issues. He was very nice and professional. Jumped on his computer and with a few strokes we were out the door with a new box and it works perfectly. 10 minutes tops. Good Man.

For 3 1/2 years I have had the worst internet service from Cox. I have had multiple visits from techs trying to fix the issue and have replaced my modem twice. They refuse to send out a tech to climb the telephone pole and change the port. Everyone they send out just wants to swap out a few cables and splitters and then run away as soon as they are done. Within hours of their visit, my internet goes offline and my modem starts rebooting automatically. Their service sucks and I am about to drop them and get AT&T service at half the price. Then I will take them to small claims court and get my money back for lousy substandard service. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't post this review with zero stars. Their service isn't even 1 star quality.
