I visited this store at the San Clemente outlets today and was able to find some really good deals. They were having a holiday promotion where you can take an additional 40% off clearance item. Plus if you sign up you get a 20% off coupon. They even give you rewards (birthday was $10) and exclusive perks. I was greeted by several friendly staff and they were willing to help me find the right size for my mom. I like the style here because it fits my mom. You have to look at their size chart because they don't go with the traditional 0-16. They have sizes 0,1,2,3 etc. the only negative thing is that some style you can fit in a 1 if you are a medium and sometimes it's a 0. So you have to constantly take two different sizes and try them on. Dressing rooms need to be organized more often. Other than that I will visit again with my mom and look for other holiday outfits.

This wasn’t a typical off the rack. Small and very expensive. I could’ve done better in a regular Chicos No one offered any assistance. Most everything was only available in size 1. Very disappointing.

My mom loves Chicos and sadly many of the stores have closed. She was very happy to hear they had an outlet so near my home. Unfortunately, not a great selection of small sizes; she wears a 00.

This store is fantastic all employees are so helpful and polite the shoes are amazing quality and extremely comfortable I just bought two pairs of sandals last fall I bought 5 pairs of arch fit sneakers I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone a little pricey however worth every penny you pay for them..

I love coming to the outlets. However I was disappointed at my most recent trip. There are less stores due to the pandemic and whatever remains is slightly higher in price to stay afloat. Some of the shoe outlets are okay while others are not. Lots of places to eat which is refreshing. I just wish there was more to this outlet therefore -1 Star.

Not many shopping opportunity. If you are coming for specific store then they have good discounts but othere then that I would not recommend as spur of the moment.

Shopping during the pandemic of December 2020. Before deciding on shopping at this outlet, I highly recommend arriving after a good breakfast or lunch because you'll most likely be spending most of the day there. The outlet itself is divided into multiple sections and because of the pandemic, the stores have limited capacity, meaning you'll be standing outside waiting for a moment. Of course that all depends on which store you want to go into. If it's a more popular store like Lululemon, Gucci, and Nike, the lines will most likely be longer. By the way, I highly recommend trying to get your name onto the Lululemon wait list if there's one because the first time I went, the wait was about three hours. So I scrolled around about half of the outlet before I received the text stating my turn. Yes, it took me that long to go through half the outlet. Had to return a second time to finish the entire place. So definitely plan your day and happy shopping!

We stopped by to recharge the Tesla and decided why not go shop while we filler up. This outlet offers a nice atmosphere to walk around in and they had more than enough shops that I wanted to browse in. The Vans store was my favorite as I just wanted to look ending up walking out with five bags full of bargains.

Love these outlets!! Great selection of stores, lots of parking. I love the Spanish style architecture and even the beautiful bathrooms!! We go to under armor, Nike, lululemon and much more! Can't wait to go back!

This might be one of the prettiest outlets in orange county, granted it's right next to the beach in the city of San Clemente. It is very clean, and there is a lot of parking available. They have all the general brand that you would find at most of the outlets. Stores like Nike, H&M, converse, vans, and many others are all here. They also have a food court in case you get hungry while you are shopping until you're dropping. I came here during the Christmas week for some last-minute present shopping. They have a giant Christmas tree where everyone takes most of their Christmas pictures when they come over here. It is one of the tallest trees you'll find in California as you can see it off the freeway. Overall, it's a very clean and nice shopping mall where you can find a little bit of everything.
