I came here to pay cash on my credit card, you can do that at their bank atms, which is a nice contrast to Amex, which doesn't let you pay in cash. Pretty average Chase bank.

they have the worst help. mistreat the customers. poor management, or no management. poor people skills and lack of customer care. could not take the abuse. complained and they did nothing. i started to go to another branch to get away from them and all of the bad service. they made a mess of my transfer and did nothing to fix it. left me hanging to call customer service for the brokerage. i put up with alot for too long. they dont care who they hire and they surely dont put customers first. they hire inadequate immature no people skills employees. no training no professionalism. but sadly i think all of chase has poor service now. i will take my money and go. i have had enough. they dont listen they dont care. arrogant attitude all the way down the line. i have nothing good to say about chase now.

This bank has the worst customer service It's not that the tellers are rude. Chase simply does not staff this location adequately. I am waiting on line for quarters and there is only one teller. However, there seems to be plenty of people working in the back. There are 4 teller booths and only one person working. 2 of the remaining 3 are blocked by atm machineThis is my last time here. In going to switch to a different bank or credit union.

The good... The Chase private banker is hot! They have a notary which is a huge plus! Very efficient for appointment making and general banking. The weird.. It smells really pungent in here like they need to open a few doors and windows and let the breeze flow through!!

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

I went in today to open my 13 year old son a checking account and was very delighted with the level of customer care I recieved from Cynthia Covarrubio. She spent at least an hour with us and you could tell she really has a passion for helping people prepare for the future. She explained to my son how overdrafts work and how to be responsible with his new account information and his new debit card. It was a really refreshing experience and I could not say enough about Cynthia other than Chase Bank is very lucky to have her. Thanks Cynthia!

Chase Bank. Really? I suppose it doesn't matter because they have so many clients that being rude to one isn't a big deal. 1st, we called to see if we could transfer money from our credit union account to a chase account, and avoid the check writing. They said no on the phone but that we could do it if we had a chase account. We went in to open, a checking account. ONE HOUR later, after all account documents had been signed, we were told by our person that chase doesn't transfer money between chase clients online and you have to physically go in a branch and use a transfer slip? What? That's not what was told on the phone. 2nd, we wrote a paper check to open an account and EXPECTED a hold but we were told in person in the branch that we could call and have the hold lifted? So we called and the rudest person said, "there is nothing we can do the check is to be held for 7 days, is there anything else we can help you with?" What? That's not what we were told in the branch!... Wow... If we didn't have to transfer money every month I would not bank with chase. Fast forward month! We walked into the chase bank to tranfer money with the tranfer slip and they now in 2020 don't take transfer slips ? NOW, we have to fill out a withdrawal form and withdrawal the money each month and then deposit the money with 2 forms of ID. Wow.

I think his name is Collin but he helped me get a new debit card quickly. He was hilarious and very helpful which I feel like is rare for a bank. You're the best Collin!

We have been banking with this bank since before it was called Chase and with this branch since it opened. We have been in business in San Clemente for over 28 years and have multiple bank accounts with Chase as well as with other banks. We are seriously considering closing our Chase accounts altogether and taking our business elsewhere. We rarely ask or need help and do most of our banking online independently, however the few times that we do ask for help, the staff is beyond not helpful and quite rude. I wasted over 30 minutes yesterday waiting to talk to Caroline and so feel compelled to write this bad review. Would have been fine if they had taken care of me. First I was told only Caroline could help me and that 2 other customers were in front of me. No problem. So I waited patiently for 30 mins. Then as closing time approached, a teller who had been standing around told me he could help me afterall. First he said he couldn't find our account. Then, surprisingly he found our account! But he proceeded to inform me that he couldn't do a simple endorsement of the check I provided written out to ASAP Appliance since the name on our account is ASAP Appliance SERVICE. He told me that there were 5 other ASAP Appliances. I informed him that there are many more ASAP Appliances nationwide but that we have been the sole DBA & the only registered owners of ASAP Appliance Service in Orange County since 3/14/1990. The check I needed endorsed was a San Clemente check. Very frustrating for your long term banker to turn you away as if you are trying to do something criminal when you have been a loyal, law abiding customer for years.

I was racially profiled in this branch. They refused to catch my check and this check was a chase check. However, I went into a different chase bank and caught that same check.

I spoke with Caroline over the phone and she started yelling at me about my overcharged account. They charge $30 for every charge over the limit, regardless how small it is. Then Caroline yells at you. So unprofessional and rude!
