So I have been going to Casa Carreras Cigar shop for the past couple of years but this is the 1st review I have done for them so here goes... They open and close as posted but if I am a few minutes early, they go ahead and open up for me... OUTSTANDING! for a long time I would go in there and describe what I was in the mood for look for just the right Cigar. A couple of months ago I found my Favorite Cigar, the "Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial" of the "My Father Collection". Myself and my Brother are both Cigar Smokers so I bought him a box for the Hollidays.... He Loved them. Anyway back to the review, they are very knowledgeable, great customer service.... 5 Stars all around... Good job guys!!!

This is an amazing cigar shop and lounge. The owner is a local to SC and gives back to his community. Raul, the manager, is the nicest and most knowledgeable guy. Absolutely pay this local gem a visit!

Great experience, selection, pricing and most importantly, service. I am far from a cigar expert, they helped me buy a great cigar based on questions to understand my preferences. I have been there twice, purchased different cigars based on availability. When they did not have what I was looking for, recommended a great alternative. Thank you. I’ll be back.

Best experience I’ve had at a cigar shop/lounge.Raul is a very knowledgeable man who is friendly and approachable and enjoys sharing his knowledge with newbies like me. I asked him a ton of questions and he answered all of them! I learned a lot of new things and I am glad we decided to stop by on a whim while driving down from LA to SD. Thank you Raul for your time and knowledge!

Very disappointed with the level of service of the owner of this company. You would think owning a company that people invest in you would have developed character better than that of daffy duck.Craig was the most discriminating condescending person I have ever come across. If a man is willing to take a jab at someone that is in a position to have to apply for a job in his company, then I can only Imagine the prejudices he holds behind closed doors.I do not support this business, and nor do I support any human being who values their life more than the people they do business with. I was appalled to hear how he treated a friend of mine in an interview and the defamation of character that followed.If you think you’re better than the people around you, then you don’t deserve to profit of of those trying to support you.Victory Cigar not garnered here.
