“FINALLY an auto glass place that does what they say, when they say they will do it. After 6 (yes, 6!) no shows from Safelite Auto Glass I was given the option to choose the company I would like to replace the windshield in my 2022 F-150 Lightning. Safelite absolutely could not figure out which windshield was supposed to go on my truck. I had so many cancellations and part mix-ups, delaying the replacement from when I made the claim in June to the end of September. I was put in touch with Elite by my insurance company and I was immediately aware I was in a better place. Elite stated they would use the VIN of my vehicle to find the correct part and call me back in 15 minutes to schedule the replacement. They called me back in 5 minutes and said they ordered the correct part and would be out in two days (one to receive the part, replacement the following day) to complete the work. The appointment was set for sometime between 9am and 11am. Elite showed up at 8:55am ready to do the work. What a difference from Safelite! The work was completed quickly and correctly the first time and I am now finally driving around with a crack-free windshield!I cannot more highly recommend an auto glass shop than I can recommend Elite Auto Glass. If you're looking around, look no further. This company is first rate!”

They don't provide that service, they only do repairs and are completely candid with you about what to expect and why. Instead of telling you what you wanna hear, they tell you what you need to know. Every chip and crack is different. I learned a lot! That kind of pure honesty is rare these days. Plus their technician is a very affable and helpful guy...a real pleasure. Oh and they cost nearly half what the company on the TV with the catchy song charges. Dana Point Windshield Repair sets the customer care bar so high, other glass companies need to charter a plane just to see it.”

“Truck washed and gas fill up every two weeks. COSTCO prices for gas. Waxed every three months. They a normally do a good job. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes they don’t clean the inside of the windshield very well. But if you tell them, they correct it immediately. Always friendly and courteous. Also, great coffee.”
