“I had two cars fixed here and the service was above and beyond on both. One was formerly an elderly person's car that had pretty extensive mystery damage, and Alex was great at working with the insurance company to figure out claims and coverage. What wasn't covered we paid cash to fix and felt it was a fair deal. Overall a very pleasant experience with something that is generally a huge hassle. I recommend this place to family and friends. Hopefully I won't *need* to get more body work done anytime soon, but if I do I'll go back to RSI.”

They have always answered any questions that I have had as well as walk me through the process as there were different insurance companies involved with the different times that I used them. Both times the process was seamless and all went according to plans. This last time i even got my car back 2 days earlier than I expected.
