I have been with BofA for years. Sometimes they are good and other times not so good. Lately, I can't stand them. However, I had a good experience at this branch today because of one person. She went out of her way to make a simple change to my account when another branch turned me away, telling me to make an appointment. Also, I would have done it by phone but the call center rep told me I had to do it at the branch.

This location has the WORST Customer service of any bank I've ever banked with! 2 tellers, but only one actually helping Customers and 7 people standing in line! Just trying to access my Safety Deposit Box... Preferred Customer? Guess not. Would recommend any other bank and branch than this one unless you have an hour to wait...

I only had 2 transactions with this branch so far and this time we were helped by a very rude employee. She was not friendly and helpful and asks one too many personal questions. Although, most of the employees were nice and helpful, this one that sits at the end (not going to mention names) made our 2nd appearance there unpleasant and stressful. It was so bad that we had to get up and leave her office not wanting to deal with her any longer. See someone else If I were you.

Received a letter from Bank of America regarding monies I had left in a inactive account. The letter stated for me to call an 800 number to claim monies owed to me or the State of California would put it in the general fund ! The letter was very official with Bank of America letter head and logos. I've never dealt with BoA so I decided to visit the nearest branch to me in San Clemente on Ave. Pico, where I entered a beautiful branch inside and was greeted by Marcus Guerrero. This branch happens to be a business bank but Mr. Guerrero stated he was happy to assist me with the letter I brought along.After a few minutes searching hIs different systems I was nowhere to be found ! So he called his security department and they claimed it was a scam, which we suspected all along ! Mr. Guerrero spent 20 minutes assisting and providing 5 Star Service ! Janet was extremely disrespectful towards my husband while trying to deposit money into my grandmother’s acct. I don’t know why she thinks treating people like dirt is appealing to a business. Apparently this has been going on for years. She needs to be fired or reprimanded. Now I understand why this location has a 1.9.

This is got to be one of the worst Bank of America locations. Their customer service is so bad. I came here right before they closed and they refused to serve me. The lady who answered the door was so rude and disrespectful. I'm really going to consider switching banks if this is how they treat their customers.

My experience here with Monica Kolbadi was great. She acted as a notary for a document I needed to complete. She was very friendly and helpful. And, I'm very grateful that Bank of America offers this service for free! Thank you.

I made an appointment online, walked in and they told me they couldn’t find me in their system and the person I was to meet works from home. They have me a card to call this person. Absolutely terrible experience going out of my way to see this person face to face only for them to tell me their system keeps shutting down, we can’t find you and can’t make a future appointment with you. Here is their card call them.. absolutely disappointing!

Monday January 10th 2022. The line to see a teller at the only location. Open in san Clemente is over twenty people long. Bofa rep says they are short staffed with Covid, however people in san Clemente have watched Bofa unlike the other banks such as Wells Fargo close their doors since the onset of Covid. They disrespect their clients time so much that a thirty minute round trip drive to do banking is acceptable in their kind! NOT!
