This location has the WORST Customer service of any bank I've ever banked with! 2 tellers, but only one actually helping Customers and 7 people standing in line! Just trying to access my Safety Deposit Box... Preferred Customer? Guess not. Would recommend any other bank and branch than this one unless you have an hour to wait...

Received a letter from Bank of America regarding monies I had left in a inactive account. The letter stated for me to call an 800 number to claim monies owed to me or the State of California would put it in the general fund ! The letter was very official with Bank of America letter head and logos. I've never dealt with BoA so I decided to visit the nearest branch to me in San Clemente on Ave. Pico, where I entered a beautiful branch inside and was greeted by Marcus Guerrero. This branch happens to be a business bank but Mr. Guerrero stated he was happy to assist me with the letter I brought along. After a few minutes searching hIs different systems I was nowhere to be found ! So he called his security department and they claimed it was a scam, which we suspected all along ! Mr. Guerrero spent 20 minutes assisting and providing 5 Star Service ! Special Thank You Bank of America Zirahuen (Marcus) Guerrero Relationship Banker

This is got to be one of the worst Bank of America locations. Their customer service is so bad. I came here right before they closed and they refused to serve me. The lady who answered the door was so rude and disrespectful. I'm really going to consider switching banks if this is how they treat their customers.

My experience here with Monica Kolbadi was great. She acted as a notary for a document I needed to complete. She was very friendly and helpful. And, I'm very grateful that Bank of America offers this service for free! Thank you.

Monday January 10th 2022. The line to see a teller at the only location. Open in san Clemente is over twenty people long. Bofa rep says they are short staffed with Covid, however people in san Clemente have watched Bofa unlike the other banks such as Wells Fargo close their doors since the onset of Covid. They disrespect their clients time so much that a thirty minute round trip drive to do banking is acceptable in their kind! NOT!

According to the online info these guys are open until 4, but it's just an ATM. Can't even update their information, terrible customer service, half of these branches are closed so time to look for another bank for me.

Let's your money get stolen due to zero security then let's you twist In the wind with no help. Currently only option is to join the class action lawsuit against B of A. Close your accounts and don't do business with this shady corporate thug.

This was the worst experience with a bank I've ever had. I was standing in line 2 feet away from the sticker on the ground. The security guard came out and told me to stand on the sticker closer to the other people. There was a man that wasn't wearing a mask. The banker asked me if I was a customer obviously I was and then told me that I couldn't get quarters. Worst worst experience. Avoid.

Super disappointed in this branch. Who seems to be the manager is rude every time I go in. Makes me absolutely dread going into this location to have to be talked down to. Dorothy or Dolores i dont know her name is always super sweet and always pleasant.

I don't even want to go into the details publicly but if the manager actually cares, please message me.

The door greeter, Barbara, has a very bad approach when talking to clients. She comes off as aggressive and rude when speaking to them. She didn't understand my banking needs nor did she understand the needs of the client in back of me. Someone, please retain Barbara on client relations.

The bank greater was very rude. She walked by as we waited for 40 minutes. She could of asked us if we needed help but she ignored us. She could of also told us that we could of ordered checks online or we could of called it in. So we left. She was very rude chasing us and say we need to wait while grabbing my 82 year old mother almost tripping her. We will never go to that Bank of America again. Oh my mom tried to cash a check which was in her name and my fathers name. The teller said that my father had to sign it. But she tried to explain that my father passed away so he could not sign the check. She was also rude. The bank needs more customer service training.

Get a Clue Bank of America! Poor reviews = Dissatisfied customers I'm in disbelief at the level of disrespect and attitude the female manager at B of A just dished out to me. I was merely cashing a check from a customer of theirs. Their customer started the date of the check with a "D" for December and switched it to a "J" for January as it is was written Jan 3, 2020. All of the date was absolutely discernable with NO changes to any of the numbers. The teller said it should be no problem. The manager (who definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed with an attitude to boot) says "We can't accept this". I told her, If the date on the check says "2020" and I'm presenting it on Jan 6th. What other month could it be! So my New Years re-resolution NEVER BANK AT BANK OF AMERICA!
