The AI component is straightforward; you respond either yes or no - no chit-chat necessary. The delivery team even texted their real-time location, providing me with enough time to prepare before their arrival.

The installers were experienced professionals. At the curb, they "carefully" unpacked the new washer and dryer and efficiently removed the old ones from a tight, tricky space like magic. The delivery team completed the installation in approximately 25 minutes. However, I noticed something that required adjusting; hence, they promptly removed a machine to make the fix.

Surprisingly, before placing the machine back in place, they rechecked all the hookup stuff like electric, gas, water, drain, and vent to ensure all functioned properly. They even reattached the folding doors securely and aligned them, which never closed properly - total time of maybe 35 minutes.

Overall, the delivery and installation process was seamless, and the installers were professional and courteous throughout - no chatting - all business.”
