And that because I went in the night so I look forward to going in the day time. I was visiting a friend and wanted to see how the neighborhood was at night if safe. “I’m so happy I found this place 4 years ago. There’s a sense of community that makes it feel like home. The on-site team managing the experience here are amazing. Dulce, in the office, is a gem. She’s on top of everything! The maintenance team, Robert and Ken, are quick to resolve any issue (typically minor). And it’s so nice to have a dedicated landscaper; this place always looks great. The location can’t be beat. It’s a 5-minute walk to Albertsons, Starbucks, the Post Office and more. A 15-minute walk up the hill and you have unbeatable ocean and hillside views. Appreciate everything here!”

“I've been living here since July 1st and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience of living in a plush 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse of my dreams... literally lol!!! The manager is overly concerned about the happiness of his tenants. The leasing consultant is super easy to talk to and quickly handled all the paperwork and anything else I needed to make it my home. Everything is so well kept by the maintenance men who are friendly and don't mind taking the time to talk to us if we have any silly repair questions too! Seriously after the unprofessional staff and unbearable living conditions at Idyllwillow Apts in Mission Viejo, they can count on seeing my children grow up into adults because I finally found a place that I can grow and thrive in my own quiet nook. “On 9/15/23 Matt & Daniel did an amazing job with fixing my garage that was severely damaged. They were fast to respond and more importantly they were kind & professional. They articulated their professional knowledge in a clear concise manner without sounding condescending. As a woman, this was noticed and valued. They even demonstrated respect by wearing a mask when I mentioned my husbands cancer. That level of empathy & class is hard to find and should definitely be acknowledged. “Carla, the highly professional Resident Manager of Heritage Park, I was sad to hear, has retired. IMHO she was a extremely talented, bright & compassionate manager with keen business acumen. During the Pandemic she displayed outstanding courage in the face of ever changing challenges, mitigating the unrealistic demands of the naive few versus the larger more critical needs of the many, consistent with the developing clarity of the deadly pathogen as it was revealed by ongoing science. Of some issues she was dealt a disadvantage (eg poorly designed, under-designed plumbing), but she did all that she could with the limited solution set that she was provided (ie one can not rebuild a plumbing system from the ground up). Lastly, she did an outstanding job supervising her staff, who all loved working with her & will sorely miss her presence - as well as greatly missed by countless residents that wish her the best but lack the technical skill to communicate it.In sum, the job of Resident Manager requires the capacity to nurture staff, the ability to communicate directly & compassionately with residents, & the skills to exude brightness, cheerfulness & positivity with poise, dignity & balanced harmony. Carla had these qualities in abundance!I sincerely hope that Western Management does all it can to retain her skills, perhaps as a consultant, trainer or as a senior emeritus management executive.(NOTE: There have been statements attributed to me re HP, but unless they carry my signature they are to be ignored with prejudice.
