Great people at A-1 - caring and helpful. Definitely highly recommend them because they'll be knowledgeable in person as to what your needs are and the products they have in the store. Much better than buying online.

I encountered a problem with my power wheelchair leaving me, a quadriplegic, completely immobile. I tried a few other places which offered a call back in a few days. The owner of A-1 promptly called back and offered same day service and a possible rental until chair was repaired. (Well worth the money) In a competitive environment, Leslie & Diane have earned my business.

My family and I are traveling from out of town. My brother has cerebral palsy and relies on a wheelchair. When we got to our hotel, there was a problem with our reservation, and they could only accommodate us with an ADA room for half of our stay. So we are now in a non-ADA room without grab bars or a raised toilet. We stumbled upon A-1 Healthcare by chance, and they were beyond helpful. We purchased a handheld urinal to help us get by with the room we have. The sales associate Diane went above and beyond to help us and called her manager to GIFT us with a donated over the toilet commode! With all the stress and lack of compassion we have experienced on our trip, A-1 Healthcare made up for it all with their kindness! Please support this local business for all of your healthcare/modality needs!

I really like a1 healthcare!! I have bought wheelchairs and cane chairs at the San Clemente location numerous times. They always help me to my car and they also helpme adjust the wheelchair to meet my needs. I recommend this store if you are having surgery or you are dealing with a long term disability.

5 stars to A-1 Healthcare! Not only do they have a complete variety of mobility and medical equipment to purchase and rent, they have everything to suite all needs. The staff is knowledgable and extremely helpful and listens to your concerns. A business is only as good as its staff and A-1 has been in business for 40 years which says a lot to their integrity. I would highly recommend this company for all medical needs.

Stopped by while on my way back to base and was looking for a shower chair since recovering from Surgery to repair my Achilles. Crutched into the store asked a question and got a chair donated to me. The customer service that was given to me was amazing. They even have CPAP equipment and braces for any and all injuries.
