I've shopped at this store for at least 25 years. There has always have an ebb and flow when it comes to customer service. Right now it's pretty much a base line. For the most part, it's 711. It has things that 711 has, but when it comes customer service, you're kind of on You're own and don't really expect to smile, cause you'll probably be disappointed.

We stopped by to get ice cream after a rough day. A lady appeared in the store in obvious distress and begged for someone to help her. The clerk told her that he wouldn't assist. He wouldn't even call emergency services.

Possibly the filthiest location I have ever encountered and I go to some of the worst neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Every inch of this place looks filthy but especially the parts that the customers have to interact with like the screen to enter your information in the credit card processing machine the counter the doors. Even the guy behind the counter was weird and not professional. I understand it probably sucks to work at this location because a ton of homeless people are always outside, but something needs to be done because this place is just disgusting inside and outside

Im not a review type if person. This place has nothing but disrespectful employees. I stopped by this evening with my son who is 11 years old. The employee was so rude in front of my son. I asked him to please not talk that way in front on my child. His response was ' Get the F! out of here. What an A-hole

Bleh. I don't usually write reviews for 7-11 but this location is special as it feels like it would be more at home in Wilmington or Carson than in San Clem. I have always thought of San Clemente as a fun and safe last bastion of a beach city but the scumbags that do call San Clem home seem to congregate here. Well, out in front of it anyway. Particularly at night. I walked past a group of meth fiends complete with bad teeth, horrible tattoo work, dirty clothes, and oddly guilty looks on their faces. They left me alone but I wouldn't want a single female or kids around this place -- that much for certain. Once inside it is your typical 7-11 experience which is to say it sucks. Avoid.

You're looking up a 7-Eleven on Yelp?? What are you doing with your life lol. I assume most people are only here to complain and nick pick at things that don't matter.. so in light of all the negative comments, I'll leave mine bc why the heck not.Clean, and fully stocked. Drinks weren't perfectly ice cold but hey who cares. Man behind the counter was quiet but I'm not the one dealing with Karen's all day in the first place.
