Lots of broken equipment, overcrowded after work due to being next to a marine base, not enough free-weight incline or regular bench presses. I have been coming here for many years and now I think it is finally time to look for a membership elsewhere.

Just today my membership was unrealizable and the lady at the counter instead of helping me was talking to someone else and they were flirting with the customers and I asked her for help and she still continued with the same attitude

The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. Richard ( volunteer) is friendly and nice, we were there last night to use the Jacuzzi but it wasn't working at that time:( but the water had the right temperature and we enjoyed it.

Lady at the front, heavier set employee was super rude. I came in to use a free day pass and she said I was unable to use it and had to pay a fee. But then other people were just walking right in without scanning a pass at all.

Been a member for two years, I missed 10 day of payments which I get is a lot. But to delete my whole account and profile is to far. The workers didn’t even help, and the manager isn’t there at 5 pm like wya???

I’m honestly so disappointed in how downhill this gym has gone in the last few years. I’ve been a member here on and off for several years. This time I came back about 3 months ago after my gym shut down. I was SO disappointed in the cleanliness of the gym as it seems multiple other people are as well. The water filter on the fountain has been red for months, all my friends have complained about it and nothing was done. The floor and equipment such as the stair masters and treadmills are filthy. What really drew the line for me is I brought in two friends to sign up with a trial one of which who was dead set on joining the gym after the trial. The woman who assisted us at the front desk was extremely rude and off putting. She was disrespectful to my friend who had just shown her ID to another staff member and went to put her ID back in her car, this woman asked for her iD and my friend told her she just showed her ID but that she could go grab it out of her car again. Instead of kindly saying “yeah that would be great sorry thanks!” Or anything along respectful lines she says “well I’m the one that’s here now so you need to go get it” in an EXTREMELY rude tone of voice with the nastiest look on her face almost like she was trying to intimidate us, so much so that even the people standing next to us gave me side eye like “what’s this girls problem?”. I tried to see what her name tag said when I went in there but I couldn’t see, I will be looking again today and update my review with her name. I honestly think 24 hour needs to pay attention to these kind of reviews and send people like this to proper training, this woman always has a stank face on and just looks mean and unapproachable. When spending money to sign up at a gym I want to feel respected and like a valued customer especially at a place where I will be going almost everyday and get a smile when I walk in the door, not a glaring angry face. Im sure we’re not the first people to have a problem with this woman. Please investigate her and give her proper training or let her work somewhere like the DMV where you’re allowed to be terrible to people!!

For such a large gym there are not enough weights. Some of the machines are worn out and need to be refurbished.Normally there are not enough squat racks and other leg machines available even at non peak times.

I regret joining. Old outdated machines. Crowded at all times. Hidden fees that sales people don't tell you about. Go elsewhere unless you like waiting for hours for a bench or like to use useless old machines.

Bathroom and equipment are Terribly dirty, smith machine has been in poor working condition for months, elliptical machines are not fully functional (heart rate monitors are broken). The crazy thing is is that the employees stand around, staring at their phones while they’re on their shifts….

Not one to post a review but disrespectful staff. I have witnessed an employee on multiple occasions target people. You can tell by his demeanor he is here to pick a fight with other fellow gym members. This I do not stand for. Why would anyone want to be harassed at a gym that they willingly pay for monthly. Speak with staff or escalation will be prominent. I suggest you keep cameras at the front desk to see your staffs true colors.

So first off for being in San Clemente you think your getting a clean gym but nope it’s never clean I’ve been a member since may and the dust on the machines and floor is so thick you can tell no one cleans it ever there’s always paper towels on the cup holders left over from whoever used it before the bathrooms are gross the steam room smelled like straight mildew alongWith cups and used napkins all over and what really irritates me is no matter what time a day you go it’s always packed literally unless you go before 8am or after 10pm your gonna have wait a stupid amount of time for most the machines and alotOf the time it’s a bunch of teenagers with there friends and you have 5 different kids taking turns on one machine for 20 mins it’s really overdone I’m so upset that I joined and the staff knows and they don’t care so think twice before joining if you like cleanliness and not over packed gyms but seriously the grossest thing was that no one is required to shower before getting in the jacuzzi so you have all these sweaty ppl taking there shirts off and getting straight in the jacuzzi and pool it’s actually sickening I don’t wanna sit in a pool of others ppls sweat and body fluids this is nasty ?
