It a Gym!!!! Wear Gym clothes!!!!... Not dirty greasy work clothes'. There people in there with filthy landscaping work pants, work shirts and work booths using the the machines and the benches. Why?!... Because the management lets them. Why not take a little pride in your store and for your members?

I enjoy coming to this gym every time I’m in town to visit family. It’s a large facility with all the equipment one needs for a really good workout. The staff and management are very friendly and provide a very welcoming environment. I highly recommend 24 hour for your local gym.

I really really hate that this gym isn’t 24 hours Friday-Sunday. It’s messing with my routine, the only time it wasn’t super busy was Friday-Sunday after 9 but now it’s closed ??????
