After looking around here, we bought REAL wood flooring which is what we wanted. A contractor friend referred us here. We are waiting for our flooring so can't rate it yet.

Highly highly recommend Whole Wood! My husband and I are remodeling our home and are in the thick of our construction. We have worked with so many different venders throughout the last few months and I have to say that the easiest, most enjoyable, and professional experience we have had so far has been here. Victor was super helpful, showed us so many options and he was extremely responsive (within 15 min or less). He worked out a really great deal for us too. If you're looking for flooring, stop shopping around, you won't find a better deal at this level of quality anywhere else, trust me, I went to about 6 places and this was the best!

This place is very rude and the "quote sales people have no idea what they are doing. They get paid by the hour and the owner stamps everything no warranty, not returnable not responsible for installation even if he suggested the installer. Yes he is cheaper than other places but he is just rude and doesn't care about the customer only the money he can make even on product that are no longer available maybe he gets close out products but when there is a problem he just states go away I told you I am not responsible for anything. You can't even cancel even if the material has not arrived yet or all of a sudden it isn't available. Stay away from this place and deal with a more reputable company. Never again people stay away from this roll up warehouse

Alex is amazing - super knowledgeable, patient, and has the client's best interest. I showed him a picture from Instagram on the look I wanted...and he showed me a few samples while giving me his best recommendation. We just installed the floors..and they look amazing. Alex nailed the look with this recommendation...the floors are my favorite part of the home. Great prices - will price match as well. Thank you Alex!

If you are looking for a company that stands behind their products, I highly recommend Whole Woods! The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Victor was helpful, patient, and easy to work with throughout the selection and ordering process. All the sales reps there make you buy floors of their own brand, and won't offer any help beyond that. One of The sales rep was so rude, he lied about the supply of a floor just to get us in the store to shop their own flooring products. It was a huge regret for us to check out this store.

My contractor and architect recommended me their flooring preferences but thank goodness I did my due diligence by checking around. Turned out Whole Wood sells the same exact items with almost 30% less price. On top of that they could store for me at no charge for a few months until I was ready to install. Thanks to this service because when I came back to pick up months later, the price had gone up. They won my business and I am so happy with my floor!!

Buying from them was a first rate experience in every respect. I purchased 2,000 square foot of their "special label" prefinished select grade European oak. It has been in place for about 2 months and it is a truly excellent product in both appearance and quality. I worked with salesperson Victor Chung who was extremely helpful. I had planned to buy a standard brand engineered wood (and they have the widest selection I have seen) but their "special label" engineered wood caught my eye and so happy I went with it. Highly recommended.
