This place rescued my jeans! Some of my favorite denim had significant holes around the inner thigh due to years of wear and tear, rendering them nearly unwearable. White Oak skillfully patched up several pairs, extending the life of my jeans by a few more years. It saved me a considerable amount of money and time that I would have spent trying to replace well-fitting jeans!I returned for another visit to have them alter a jacket. Great prices and speedy service!

After tearing a 4-inch hole in my favorite flannel shirt, I feared it was beyond repair. However, I decided to take it to White Oak Cleaners for stitching. To my delight, the shirt returned looking good as new, with no visible signs of repair. I highly recommend White Oak Cleaners for their friendly service and affordability.

I started going to this dry cleaner a few months ago because our local one was no longer reliable as they were sending our laundry out to a plant. At White Oak, they do all the dry cleaning on the property. Their quality assurance is excellent. They are worth the extra drive to have a dry cleaners get it right the first time.

Took a brand new hugo boss shirt here to be cleaned, it had been worn 3 times. The collar was completely frayed when I picked it up, and they refused to acknowledge that they damaged the shirt. First time using this dry cleaner as I recently moved to this area, and the owner was very upset that I was asking her to replace the cost of the shirt. I will be looking for an alternative dry cleaner to use.

I was surprised by the terrific customer service. 35 more years of White Oak Cleaners for San Carlos please. Are the negative reviews from the same racists who used to hang out at Plantation Coffee and yell out racist slurs at the owners? I'm not surprised by the ADA lawsuit. Being a corporate attorney, it's easy to dupe briefs. Sheesh, get a life and grow up? You're only 90; you can still get past being an adolescent. I believe in you.

We used the Country Cleaners for years until they closed. White Oaks is owned by the same people and the service is the same, excellent. I had a nice dress that indicated it could only be spot cleaned and the owner told me he could dry clean it with care. Came out perfect and I am delighted. Nice family owned business.

No Thank YouThis is usually the dry cleaner that I use but not anymore. I went to pickup my dry cleaned clothes and the lady at the counter (not the Korean lady owner who usually was there before) didn't bother to thank me after I paid. She didn't say much of anything during the encounter other than asking for my phone number to identify my order.Since it's difficult to determine the difference between how dry cleaners do the cleaning, I use customer service and price to determine who to patronize. This place is currently sub-par in the customer service category so I'll be going elsewhere from now.How difficult is it to say "thank you" to the customer and wish them well? Geez, I learned to say "thank you" when I was only a few years old.
