I came here for vaccines after making an appointment the same morning for 2PM Saturday. Other pharmacies didn't have availability so soon but I expected the worst given the reviews.
Including making an account and entering all my insurance info, the whole thing took 20min and all the employees were professional, barely felt the shots. The store was pretty empty with only a few people lined up for medications and they were all processed in good time. Baffled by all the negative reviews.

Literally the worst pharmacy - everyone time I print photos there, they cannot find it. Getting medication is always a loong wait. Last time I went for vaccine, they pretty much forced the person in front of me to take an extra vaccine and he didn't want (that guy didn't speak English and asked for my help).

The worst costumer service ever they don't even know what they doing. The funny part is that he tells me I don't know I don't work in there!! I work in another pharmacy where we do know what we doing. I’m picking up my grandma’s medicine (3 months refill system) in the bottle has the date that was last filled was in February and the same address and they’re telling me they did not fill it up here and that was the expiration date Not the day that was last fill. And other words they give me a medicine that was expire already and I’m the one who is wrong

Do not go here. They have no idea what is going on and mess prescriptions up constantly. All three people in line had theirs messed up and it was chaos.

Listen, does this Walgreens suck? Yes. But that's probably not the fault of the kid at the register ringing up your prescriptions, so maybe be a little more respectful and cut them some slack. It's the fault of management and Walgreens corporate who won't staff the store correctly leading to long wait times and poor quality.Complain to them. Stop screaming at the sales associates. It's tacky.

We had appointments for covid shots and waited with others who were ahead of us. It was nearing 6pm we were the last to get the shots.We sat next to the door where they gave the shot, but at exactly 6pm, the asian lady ran out the door, making no eye contact with us and pretending she didn't see us. We thought she may have went to get more vaccines or something, but she never returned. Pretty clear she knew we were there, but didn't say a word and left. It was quitting time for her and didn't say anything to us. She's out of there. We waited some more for her to return but she never did, and after a long wait, had to go to the desk and told them we had appointments. Finally, the nice Syrian lady came and gave us the shots.

NO stars would be accurate. Pharmacy is understaffed. Staff is overworked, leading to MAJOR delays, errors, and general incompetence. After waiting 45 minutes to check in for my vaccination appointment, Felix, the "testy" Pharmacy Tech, DISAPPEARED WITHOUT EXPLANATION, right in the middle of checking me in. Nobody else came to take over--while SIX people waited in line behind me. After waiting for 30 minutes, I managed to get the attention of another pharmacy worker, who completed checking me in (but she registered me for the wrong vaccine!). I think Felix went to lunch, unannounced--the nurse administering vaccines said this had occurred 2 days in a row--he simply disappeared in the middle of helping customers, leaving people standing and waiting, with no idea what to expect or when. The nurse administered the correct vaccine, but told me to return to the registration window to get corrected paperwork...and stand in line for another 30 minutes! Egregious!This occurred between 12:10 and 2:00 p.m. on 10/13/2023--Friday the 13th!In August, I waited 45 minutes behind a single car in the drive thru to pick up medication for severe food poisoning. It turned out that the person staffing the drive thru had "left to administer vaccines." When she finally returned and served the car in front of me, I advanced to the window, only to be told "We are closed for lunch, now...come back in 90 minutes." I was furious! When I returned 2 hours later, I had to wait another 25 minutes.This place is shameless! Yesterday's visit was my last--I never will go to this place again. Their understaffing, slow "service," and utter incompetence is historic--been dealing with it for years!

I'm not sure what it is with Walgreens pharmacies. Does management ever read reviews?Our prescription was sent to our home pharmacy and due to being out of town I called 3 alternative Walgreens and all were incredibly terrible experiences! First, I called Menlo Park location and was put back in queue over and over again until someone hung up on me after being on hold for 15 min. Then, I tried to send my medication to the Palo Alto location and found out later that they closed at 5:30! So much for open 24/7! So, I tried again sending the prescription to the San Carlos location at 7:15pm tonight and a pharm tech confirmed the medications and told me it would be ready in 90 min. We arrived at 10:00pm and the pharm tech told us 1) they couldn't find our prescription 2) when they finally found it and they were only able to fill 2/3 things 3) lastly, they told us one medication didn't have the exact concentration so we needed to double up. I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. NOT ONLY THAT, WE FOUND OUT THAT THE SAFETY SEAL WAS PUNCTURED. Called back to address the issue to later find out that they dispense and mix the medication with water upon receiving the order thus puncturing the safety seal. Never heard of this practice before! And even if so don't you think it's important to inform the patient of the process!? It's CRAZY how they haven't caught a malpractice lawsuit yet. Walgreens, you need to get your shit together. Im truly so agitated and will never use Walgreens Pharmacy ever again and will let my friends and family know to never use them as well. Terrible management.

I have been on hold for 27 minutes trying to confirm whether or not they have my medication in stock. The first person that I spoke to refused to give me the information over the phone and transferred me. The hold music kept stopping and someone clearly picked up--they then put me back into hold. No customer service, no nothing. Avoid at all costs!!

Don’t come to this pharmacy unless you have to. There is no line and they literally let me standing in front of the counter without a word for 10 mins.
