The store representatives Jessica and Mariam, were joyful and very helpful with the questions I had. I even sent my sisters to come by to ship some packages. This store is awesome, so helpful and knowledgeable!

I went to the UPS store in San Carlos on a Tuesday night around 5 pm. There was a woman ahead of me with her sweet service dog. She wanted to mail a package. It would cost more than she had anticipated. The wonderful young woman who was working was so kind and thoughtful and helped the woman to get the package ready to take to the post office. Honestly it gave me chills to see excellent customer service given. When it was my turn she was just as wonderful. Not only with the service but with her great personality. While I waited for a fax to go through she helped 2 other women. Just as great with them as with myself and the woman before me. I’ve always had great service at this store. My experience this time really showed me how good the world could be if everyone was as kind as that young woman.

Got my fingerprints done here. I was expected to do them by myself, no one helped me, and shocker, they got sent back to me! What a waste of time and money. So unprofessional of them too.

HARD TO FIND PARKING! Spent 25-30 mins circling around the block trying to find a parking just to drop my package is not ok! They do have really cool staffs there. I ended up going to the UPS in Belmont.
