Prompt attention, good service and Toole's did not try to sell me any service I did not need.Recent service. Just as good service as before. Do not drive as much, but was pleased with 50 m service.

Just brought my wife’s Mercedes in and again they took care of me better and cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. Love the customer service and work details. Going to bring in my Mercedes next month for a service B.

The car had a loud sound around the passenger front wheel and we asked for a technician to listen to this sound during the initial drive. This is a simple request to help determine what the sound might be and let us know if a diagnostic is needed. Well, not only did the technician not hear the sound (which couldn’t have been the case), they didn’t inform us of this until later that day, when apparently no technicians were available to perform the diagnostic. I have been a customer at Toole’s Garage for over 10 years and I am so disappointed in the service that I will never go back. It’s interesting that another garage heard the noise and quickly fixed the issue by tightening a couple of loose screws on the brake calipers … which Toole’s installed a little while back. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in my life!

I have been going to Toole's for about 4 Years now and bring both a Honda and a Toyota to them for service. From day one, I have always felt comfortable with Dave and Beau for many reasons but the most important one for me is honesty. I have never felt pressured because I had to get something done or repaired and they both have always taken the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me. They are always professional and friendly. This makes a huge difference for me as a customer when there are so many options out there regarding mechanics. Thank you Toole's for taking care of our vehicles and being nice people!!
Let me add to this post as of 08/16/2024:
have been dealing with Brad for years now and he is solid. I continue to goto Tooles and they have enhanced thier game I must say. The invoices are detailed and very in-depth. Will continue to bring our vehicles in!

Friendly, prompt service. My BMW dealer told me I needed new brake pads, Toole's checked them out told me they were not needing replaced and showed me the pictures of the measurements taken. Great service.

I do not know how they have good reviews at all. They charged me $260 to look at my car and figure out what was wrong with it, later on they called me saying they needed extra over $500 to keep looking at my car. The end of the day I went to get my car and had to pay $260 and they never figure out what was wrong with it. Do not go here, you will waste your money. Also very aggressive customer service.

When you have car problems, Tools takes the worry right out of my mind. There's no more worries about what am I going to do or how am I going to get to work? As far as I'm concerned; if they can't fix it, you need to junk it. Thanks Tools for putting my mind and ease and a balance in my bank account.

Great experience. Interacting with the service personnel was very professional and smooth. Thought it was going to cost me a lot more than it did but I was informed that what at first appeared to be a major repair, was in fact a very minor problem so really appreciate the honesty. Thank you.
