I had a Great experience at TMF cycles.
I took my Bike to get serviced, n the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repairs were done in a quick timeframe. Im very happy with the way my bike runs now and I would Highly recommend this shop.

I ordered a darkhorse compensator from TMF on the 17th, because the link said 6-7 days free shipping and they appeared to be the place I could get it from the fastest. I never received a confirmation email, but I received 3 emails telling me I left something in my cart. I checked my bank account and I had been charged for it, so I sent an email on the 19th asking about my order and
I asked if it was something he even had in stock. TJ claimed he sent the confirmation twice, but did not answer whether it in stock or not. On the 20th, I still did not have a confirmation and I told him that if I didn’t get some communication I was going to call the bank and purchase elsewhere, he responded saying that it was “in processing” as if he has a processing department at his one man show, and asked me what more communication I needed. On the 22nd he said that he sent me a screenshot of the confirmation and that it was probably in my spam folder. This guy is full of it, if he had the part, it would’ve taken way less time to create a shipping label and send it than going back a fourth giving me the run around. Ok TJ, now it’s your time to talk trash, give me your best zinger!

Excellent transaction. Ordered Rebuffini floorboards. The manufacturer made a mistake and a second pair were ordered. Dealing with TJ and TMF Cycles made the process easy and I was kept up to date with the progress. Couldn't have been happier. Definitely a 5 star experience.

For a one-man shop, I'm thankful for TJ's expertise and commitment to providing me with the best advice when I was looking to buy Harley parts as a gift. He was upfront about how long it would take from the manufacturer and shipping times. Even after placing my order, his email had detailed information on what to expect regarding timing and shipping. Unlike the other negative reviews, which said his customer service and shipping times suck, they obviously don't know how to read when it clearly says processing time can be anywhere from 7-10 business days. The part I ordered was a custom part which I knew would take a lot longer because TJ was upfront about how long things are taking to ship at the moment. This isn't Amazon, where you get your Chinese-made part the next day. When the part was ready to be shipped I received a confirmation email with shipping information. Again, thank you TMF Cycles. I highly recommend TMF for all your Harley needs. All you little bit*#s on here complaining about shipping times - you agreed to it when you placed an order! Especially for something that’s custom. I swear men are becoming more like little girls as time passes. Don’t be a pu$$y!

I was sorry to have to say this place is very suspicious first no part numbers just description second description doesn’t match the picture third associated parts in picture don’t work together fourth when I figured out I ordered wrong parts which was overnight they said they couldn’t cancel because they shipped it out. I ordered after business hours one night and canceled before business hours next morning and everyone knows that never happens just look at other reviews. I ended up canceling my credit card and getting new one. Why would a business make it so tuff to just cancel an order. WATCH OUT GOOD LUCK IF YOU TRY THEM!

If I could give zero stars I would! Don't waste your time ordering from this place, it's a joke!! Ordered a big bore kit for my husband August 17th. Got a confirmation that the order was being processed but can take 7-10 days. Waited the 10th day and sent an email just asking on status of my order. Tj's responds with a very rude comment saying he was supposedly the only employee and it hasn't been 7-10 "business" days. I told him it never said business days but thank you for clarifying that. So the 31st of August would have been the 10th business day and still didn't hear anything. Tried calling but they just send you a text saying to email them because they basically don't want to talk to you on the phone. So I sent another and he said it would be sent out that week. Never got a confirmation on it being sent or anything. I then called my bank worried about the $995 that I spent on this kit and basically how dude was giving me the run around on shipping it. The bank told me to ask for refund first and if I don't receive it then further action would be taken. So I email Tj again asking for an refund. While waiting for a response I go back to all the other emails from him and they were all deleted and all I could see were the ones I had sent which was odd. I get an email a couple minutes later saying it's been shipped I can't get a refund. No confirmation no tracking number nothing. Then 1 minute later another comes in and it's a confirmation for a refund!?? Then another comes through saying he called and had it rerouted back to his shop so I could have my money. Lol Lie!! He never sent it to begin with. I did receive my money the next day thank God!! That was the most stressful order I've ever made and the rudest most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Of course he has good reviews on here but I'm sure they're friends or employees that are posting the good ones. I just know I'll definitely spread the word to everyone not to ever order from this place. Wonder how many people he has robbed because they never went far enough to getting a refund. I'm sure he'll even respond to this review like he has the others blaming it on us customers or making some dumb smart*** comment but whatever, this dude is a scammer I'm sure. This definitely won't be the only place I make a bad review. Learn how to run a business and not be a douchbag to your customers Tj.

Had the worst customer service from tj at tmf cycles, ordered a kit from his website and was told 7-10 day processing (that I was never informed about) after waiting 3 days for a confirmation # from USPS. Messaged him on the 10th day and told me my order had left his facility. I waited an additional 3 days to message him back about an update on my package since my order still said “USPS awaiting item” and responded a day later with a refund notification and never asked me if i wanted a refund in the first place. Now my money is tied up waiting on this refund that he never asked me about. Just want to mention I had no problem waiting the 7-10 processing due to all the positive reviews I was reading. I was even willing to post a positive review as feedback for his business after receiving my package. My first and last time ordering anything from here.

Can't speak to the in person service, but I wouldn't order anything from TMF online again. Ordered a Street Syndicate fairing bracket on June 15th, received email confirmation and my credit card was charged, then nothing. I called several times, emailed, texted and messaged on Instagram. Still haven't talked to anyone, so a credit card dispute has been filed. I would totally understand if this was a backorder issue and that was communicated to me, but at this point I'm starting to think I've been scammed. Spend your money at a small business that will actually talk to its customers and avoid ordering from TMF.
