Joe was great. He helped me decide on the right Thule and Yakima equipment to install a rack on my car for my kayak. One part needed to be ordered, and when it didn't come in on time, they rush ordered another one. I had a few problems getting my kayak secured and they helped me over the phone and in person. And when we discovered there was one strap missing, Joe opened up a new Yakima box and took the strap from that kit. Then he covered and taped the metal hook so it wouldn't scratch my car. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get it done right.

Amazing service!. Joe was awesome to work with as was the rest ofnthe team. Not only they showed me ,but actually temporarily mounted them so i could make aproper decisions on the roof top box. California to Florida road trip, and the box was loaded near maximum weight, we experienced no issues!.

Love these guys! They are super nice and want to help any way they can! Wish I had started going here sooner! Only problem is that they will give you crap if you're a Dallas Cowboys fan and charge you $49.49 on a $50 service to troll you LOL. All good though, I get it! 10/10 recommend!

The best ever! I normally I would buy and install a trailer hitch myself, but after looking under the back of my Honda HR-V, I decided not to. The people there were great, nice and right to the point, no bull shit. After the install, I got under the back of my Honda and was over joyed with how great this trailer hitch is and how nicely it was installed. Well constructed hitch and a Great buy for the money.

Amazing service and great skills. The Rack Spot was able to do the installation of roof rails and the cross bars on my Honda-CRV 2019 within 2 hours. I provided my own parts that I bought from Amazon, but they also have a bunch of racks and rack accessories in-store. Based on my very little Reddit research, the installation price seemed reasonable to me. I was completely lost and didn't have the saw to install the roof rails so I didn't mind paying-- I really couldn't have done it myself! :") Joe was super friendly and helpful the whole time, and even recommended lots of local spots for me to wait while they did the installation. I haven't been able to test the equipment yet but the installation looks very sturdy.

JP was beyond courteous and helpful! I have a weird car (Honda Clarity) that no trunk rack is compatible with and it’s very difficult putting my road bike in the back. The hitch needed to be special ordered so there was a wait. But the moment it came in they called me and made an appointment for the following day. Took less than 90 minutes to install and they spent a good amount of time showing me how to use it. Reasonably priced for a hitch receiver and Kuat Sherpa 2.0. Super happy with the price, the rack itself and most importantly the SERVICE. highly recommended!
