Went in to get a fairly straight forward estimate. The estimator that helped me was friendly and professional, but unfortunately after sending me the initial estimate, I never heard back from him. Two of his colleagues even reached out to me to check up on the process for my car, yet even they stopped responding after a few messages.Very poor follow through with this shop, and the estimate itself was not thorough enough (other shops quoted for more repairs that this shop looked over). Would not recommend this shop for repairs.

Literally THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! They took care of me while I lived there for school a couple of months ago. There attention to detail is amazing. Thank you guys for making the process so easy! I highly recommend.

Do not take your car here. Hands down the WORST costumer service experience I have ever had. Not ONE TIME did I receive a proactive update about the progress of my car. They had my car for SIX WEEKS and I only ever got an update after I called/emailed NUMEROUS times.They are getting 2 stars because they did in fact repair the damage, but I will never be back, and I suggest you don't either. I have ZERO positive comments.

Frank Perez, the general manager, at Superior Body Shop is amazing. He helped me navigate with my car insurance company maze. The company fought me the whole way until Frank stepped in and told me how to handle them. He turned the whole problem around and the insurance company went from ogre to kitten. Thank you Frank.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The owner was disgustingly rude, which I think he said his name was Han. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! They don't care about taking care of you, just the money! Take your car anywhere else!
