If I could give a zero star I would. This experience dealing with the adjuster was a series of complete unorganization, lack of communication and the feeling of being over charged every step of the way. I made them mistake of asking Range Rover for a referral when my car was vandalized, they gave me their in-house body shop, Superior Body Shop in San Carlos. Sadly the experience and end result was not what I expected considering my insurance company was charged over $18,000 to repair scratches around the car and hood. After waiting 6 weeks to get my car back, the 20 inch crack on my windshield was still there. After an uncomfortable conversation with the adjuster about them not knowing it needed to be replaced even though we discussed it from the beginning, they sent me on my way to deal with my insurance company and start the process all over again. I received a phone call this morning from the company implying that I deliberately left without paying for the wheel alignment which I authorized. I was told there was no balance however he said the person that checked me out was new and did not know there was a balance however I should have known and paid her anyway even though neither one of us know how much. The fact that he implied that I tried to cheat them is insulting considering the fact that I waiting 6 weeks to get my car, charged $18,000 and left with my car still not fixed. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone. Sorry for venting but I wish someone warned me.

My wife was driving her 2019 Lexus RX 450 H and a car ran into the right front side of her car. A lot of damage was done. I had it towed to Superior Auto Bodies since Putnam Lexus highly recommends them and I met with.Odisho Morad, after talking with Odisho I felt very comfortable that he was going to be handling my car, and he kept me informed all the time through dealing with insurance companies, keeping up with the estimates and timeframe when the car would be done. I would highly recommend superior Auto Body the quality of work they do is excellent. Our car looks as good as brand new. I'd like to thank Odisho he is a very valuable employee. for the way he handled the whole job through.

I am very happy for the service I received. The service advisor Odisho was exceptionally knowledgeable and very patient. He took his time going through every detail about repairing my car. The quality of their work is very good. I am very happy that I got my Cadi back as the date they promised.

I had a terrible experience with this car repair shop. Not only did they take six weeks instead of the promised seven days to fix a minor rear bumper dent, but the paint color on the repaired bumper is glaringly different from the rest of the car. They charge unbelievable amounts and keep increasing the insurance supplements. The staff (Joseph and Michael) were rude throughout, and I suspect they were involved in insurance fraud. Avoid this place at all costs! They find ways to explain and find excuses for all the messed up work as if they are talking to a clueless person.

Anthony Amescua helped me to get my car fixed in a timely manner, he was very professional and explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend to ask for him when you take you car here for repairs

I took my hand mustang to superior after they were recommended by a lower and body shop. I discovered the guy Bragg so much about how good is a Shop isn't pointed to the awards and certifications on the wall, and it kind of sold me. I agreed to let them work on my car. My GT 350 has blue stripes in the center of the vehicle that end in the front bumper. They assured me that they can do the job. They took almost four weeks to finish the job, and when they called me to tell me that it was ready but not the stripes we're not applied correctly. They told me they will make it right and they did the second time around the play the stripes correctly. I recently noticed a run in the paint in the front bumper, which they had to repaint due to the damage. This kind of prompted me to write this review I would not take my car there, end of story.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I dropped my car off for a dent repair on 3/28. I was told at that time my vehicle would take 3 weeks give or take. My insurance covered a rental for a month so I thought I'd be fine. Well 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks and counting, I was assured due to the delays that my extra rental would be covered. Per the correspondence with David Z. That would be taken care of directly with the rental company. So finally I'm told my car is ready and to pick up at 3pm. I arrive at 4pm and my car isn't even at the shop. I'm informed I can wait another hour or so for them to deliver the car or I could simply go pick it up. David seemed to be very remorseful about the complete screw up of this job. He then states he would refund my deductible for all of the trouble. I was very appreciative as this seemed like he was trying to make good on everything that had went wrong. Fast forward a month.. I receive a call from the rental company stating that Superior is refusing to pay the rental fee despite having told Enterprise and Mercury that they would be handling the rental directly. David then leaves a message that he intended for the deductible to cover that and that I need to make payment. Despite the fact that at no point was that ever discussed with me.i was shocked as he told me he would refund the deductible for all of my troubles and the fact that they had my car for 7 weeks! So now, they have been paid 12k for a repair, at which time I had to pay my car note for a car I wasn't even driving, and then you want me to pay for the rental that you were supposed to be covering. I reached out to management and without even a call back that emailed me that they have satisfied their obligations and that I should move on. HORRIBLE!!! This was an Audi referral and I'm truly disgusted at how they have treated this transaction. At this point no one will respond to me. If you have options DONT use this place. They are into overcharging and then scamming clients when they drop the ball.

The most horrible service I have ever received. Everyone only bothered to communicate until I paid the bill, and then they took my car for two months without any communication. This is all to fix one palm-sized dent. They claim there was a three-week-long delay from insurance, which they never bothered to communicate to me until I repeatedly called them after these three weeks of hearing nothing. Had they bothered to tell me, I would have taken my car back for that time.Of course, because they didn't do this, they left my car in their lot for so long that apparently the battery died despite being in pristine condition (confirmed by Lexus after servicing that was done a week before I dropped it off here). Now, they claim that they aren't able to figure out what is wrong with the car, despite them causing the issue. I STILL have not gotten it back despite multiple calls and pleas to their office.Don't bring your car here unless you want it gone for two months and want to spend every week calling people who don't care. I would give zero stars if I could.

I came in for only an estimate and right away i was asked to leave my car I had no idea my car was unsafe to drive it drove perfectly to me guess not good thing i came to Superior i dropped off and the young lady at the desk called enterprise to pick me up and boom just like that couple weeks later I picked up my car like new.

I would legit give this place zero stars if i had the option I have a infiniti 2021 q60 Im not a hater but this body shop does suck from the boss to the staff communication, understanding and customer courtesy goes straight out the door dealing with these guys i usually go prestige auto body in south san francisco and never have problems this time i decided to go with the infiniti retailers body shop and let me tell you why i made the worst possible decision ever doing this! these guys are unorganized as can be ordering parts late missing lots of money worth of damage on initial estimates as well as horrible communication and expected completion dates i had to contact my insurance because they were taking so long this dude took over 2 months to finish my car and when i would call for updates they would be almost apologetic because maybe they just know they suck and hold your car forever while beating your insurance over the head for over priced labor and parts. i understand there was a good amount of damage but I've been in these situations before and it doesn't take two months when your organized and don't order parts late buddy! Any other body shop would not have needed 2 months for this job i had to come out of pocket for car payments for a car im not driving for two months then had to pay for rental because my insurance only covers to certain limit like any other insurance company! i talked to travis boss and asked him to help cover the deductible since the cost of the rental way over exceeded the cost because he took way too long and they were super unhelpful and acted like it was my problem they took too long and thats fine because these guys will never see my business again or anybody i know that needs a body shop referral and you can count on that! Next time i will be going back the body shop i always use cause this shop is not where you want take your business i really should've listened to the reviews on here they were def right about this place and the headaches they come with for your own sake and peace of mind TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Thank me later!

Beware! Superior Body Shop will provide a nominal initial estimate. Once the claim starts with the insurance company, the cost will easily become 3X. For a simple bumper repair, the cost can balloon to as much as $6,500. While your cost may be covered by the insurance company, you stand to lose since your premium may increase proportionately. Furthermore, in my case, they billed the insurance company an additional $1500 or so for work they did not perform. The work was left incomplete but they charged the insurance company nor did they provide me a refund. I had to get the work completed at my own cost. Superior Body Shop kept saying they returned the money to the insurance company without providing any proof. The insurance company claimed they had completed the payment and settled the claim with Superior Body Shop. You have the facts now - you can decide if you'd like to do business with them.
