This evening I went to the gas station market and bought cigarettes. But after paying, I realized I bought the wrong brand of cigarettes and asked the people there if they could replace them. The male employee said they could change it and called the curly-haired, glasses-speaking Spanish woman, who I thought was the manager. The woman came in, grumbling and tense. She said she would change it and the prices were the same. She said the prices were the same and that she could not give a refund. When I told her that the prices were not the same, she said "I don't care, the prices are the same" (the one I bought by mistake was $10.84, the other one was $9.04) and she said she would not make an exchange. I told her to give back the first cigarettes I bought. She continued to speak insultingly in Spanish and insistently say "I don't care" - this part is in English. I have a complaint against this woman. I think those responsible should do what is necessary.12.25.2023 / 08:05

They short me 2 dollars for gas when I paid but it didn’t take all the gas in my car and I was supposed to get $12.92 he gave me $10 back and I bought snacks inside he shorted me one dollar the cashier Alfredo needs to do his math correctly and hand out receipts didn’t give me any receipt but he short me of change.

This place usually isn't to crowded. Cashiers are easy going and the inside store is full of snacks and drinks. Gases prices are reasonable for the area but not the best. Solid customer service.

Very rude customer service who are two Latino guys working at K market, said "Fuck off" to me and that incident was happened at about 4:30 pm today. I highly recommend all the customers to avoid this Shell gas station and K market. I really don't have idea how K market franchise hires those kind of rude staffs. Again, I really don't want all other customers having this kind of bad experience.

This rating is to compliment the very competent associate working last night when I went to get gas. Since my credit card wasn't working outside, I had to go inside to complete my transaction. Although I wasn't too happy about having to pay inside; the associate was so pleasant. Working nights alone alone is hard enough but on top of it there's the homeless that come around to deal with. Lucky to have such a good worker!

They claim to sell/refill propane tanks, but the last FOUR (Yes, FOUR!) times that I've tried to buy it here I've been told the guy who refills tanks is on break. I'm now convinced that he is always on break, or they don't actually sell propane. Worst gas station in the bay area.

Too many broken pumps. The vapor-boot disables gas from pumping out the nozzle, but the trigger on these pumps are broken. I went through 3 different gas pumps before I left and went to another gas station. Been here for 6 years, but the lower cost is not worth the hassle. I go down the street to the chevron now.

I had a bad experience in this place I was in that place to fill up my car of fuel and I went into of the store to ask for the bathroom and the old lady who was behind the counter asked me if I am a customer and I answered yes and she asked again to me where is your car and I told her my car is in pomp number 6 and she denied me to use the bathroom and I told her forgot it why they are so a****** just only because i look like Hispanic Latín or Mexican

I used this gas station for a long time, since I’m living nearby and I drive a limo service so I use to put gas every day from this gas station, one day I went and asked the woman who’s working there to use the air for my tires and she said (oh you have to be a customer here) I told her I am a customer here for a long time I had gas this morning but now I really need some air for one of my tires but she said (No, you cannot have air if you’re not gonna put any gas) I told her if you’re going to be Act like this I will never be back and she said (I don’t care).

If I could give -5 stars I would. TERRIBLE and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a gas can, it didn't work - gas spilled everywhere and all over me- I attempted to exchange it. The man told me, without even checking it, that there was nothing wrong with it, the problem was me. He refused to exhange it. Now I'm stuck with a bad gas can and this Shell is stuck with a bad review!!
