Back in late June, had a collision with an inattentive Uber driver. Decided to shop local for repairs and found this place. I met with Erick who assessed the damage and got the process started. Even brought me to my rental since it was a few blocks away. I think I waited around 2 weeks for the repair but it was mostly due to insurance approvals (gotta love paperwork when someone else is at fault.) I got a call that the car was ready and wow. I couldn’t even tell there was ever any damage. Like a bad dream. The car was sparkly clean and it was evident a lot of attention to detail was shown. I’d say it was all in better shape than when I dropped it off. Truly appreciate Erick and his team. Now I can forget that awful day in June ever happened. A++

Emerick is super helpful, professional and reliable. I accidentally sideswipe a pillar in a parking garage, and damaged my driver side door. My insurance isn't the best in the market in terms of the claiming process. It took us longer than expected to do the claim, but Emerick was very helpful and patient through the whole process. He is so very responsive to my calls/texts. He and his team did a wonderful job repaired my car and we are very happy with it. I highly recommend San Carlos Collision and Repair to those who needs a great team to handle your car repair. Thanks again Emerick!

I would give more stars if available. Emmerick has been so responsive, helpful, professional, communicative, and timely with reports. I brought my car to SCC&R twice after hit and runs and my car was like brand new again. Emmerick also made sure that my car was spotless upon return. I will use him for any needs in the future and highly recommend him for any repairs.

I recently backed into a cement pillar in a parking garage and needed some body work/paint on my 2015 Mini Cooper. Nine years ago I was very pleased with the work done on my Lexus, so I decided to go back for the work on Mini Cooper. Working with Emerick was a delight from beginning to end. He dealt with the insurance, kept me posted on the progress, and added in some unexpected perks. The repairs and paint turned out immaculate! I'm extremely pleased! He stayed late on a Friday so I could have my car back for the weekend. He even put tire gel on my tires! He applied a wonderful product to the cowl area of my mini to bring it back to a brand new looking black. He even offered to get the product for me from his suppliers! I accidentally left my spare key at the shop and he personally delivered it to my home shortly afterwards! Emerick gives old school service that is so refreshing and extremely rare these days. I'm thoroughly impressed with the immaculate work this shop does and the exemplary service! I give my highest recommendation!!

I had a partially crushed fender panel and ripped door skirt repaired on my Lexus Rx450h. Repair was outstanding in quality, finished ahead of schedule, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by the Lexus dealer. I highly recommend San Carlos Collision.

I was in a car accident last winter and was not at fault for the accident. I started shopping around and found San Carlos Collision and Repair which was local to my home along with two other shops. Right off the bat, the customer service and vibe felt right after I got my estimate from Emerick at SCC&R. He took the time to explain the steps that needed to be done since it had been YEARS since I had been in an accident. Im extremely happy I chose to go with SCC&R. Emerick went above and beyond in all aspects. He gave me rides to pick up and drop off my rental vehicle. He did ALL.. AND I MEAN ALL the leg work when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Not once did I have to call or question my insurance coverage! Emerick made sure all OEM parts were used to do the repairs on my vehicle. My rim was damaged during the accident and Emerick made sure the Rim and Tire was replaced with new ones to make sure my car was 100% safe to drive before it left his shop. (THE INSURANCE COMPANY JUST WANTED TO RE-PAINT MY RIM) THE TRUCK LOOKED GREAT AND DROVE GREAT ONCE I GOT IT BACK! Emerick even gave my truck an oil change since my dash was showing that the vehicle was In need of service! The list just goes on and on of all positives for San Carlos Collision & Repair! Im beyong greatful for the service Emerick and his team provided for me! I highly recommend his shop and will definitely use this shop in the future! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!

Emerick was super helpful, accomodating and offered to take my car in right away when a few other autobody shops would not even schedule an appointment for over a month! My car was in an unlucky accident - someone opened their door right into my front passenger door, putting a huge dent in the door and smashing the window as well. I called Emerick and he took my car right away, drove me to pick up my rental car and even the rental car workers were saying how awesome Emerick was! It was a super fast turnaround (2 weeks) and the door looks brand new! Thank you to Emerick and his team. Definitely recommend going to him!

He went above and beyond what was expected! Worked out all details with insurance and kept me up-to-date on progress. Even drove me to the rental car office. Paint job is excellent and this 2015 looks brand new!

Emerick was friendly, helpful and accommodating from the get go. He did all the hard work with our insurance company, arranged my rental car and even drove me to pick it up!! My car was side swept in the city. When I came out In the morning, I was upset. I was referred to Emerick by a coworker. Emerick was super professional and fast at the repair. Great service and I would recommend his shop if you have any doubts or repairs. He will take care of you. Very honest and fair person. Even took extra time to washing and cleaning the inside of the car.
