First off I love Ross, but today, the cashier or manager named Sandy had one of the worst interactions I've had at any Ross. Even my daughter said why was she so rude. All I asked was for a discount on some slightly damaged shoes, in which she retorted, no, I would rather sell them for full price to another customer. I was in disbelief in what and how she said it. The shoes were nice, but completely scuffed up. I've gotten discounts on numerous items from Ross that were damaged in a similar fashion or opened or missing parts. Furthermore, just on how rude she was, and she told I can always return, but it would have been a problem foe sure because how damaged they were. She needs some customer service training and please provide it to her. Because although I wasn't entitled to buy the damaged shoes on discount, she could have definitely interacted much differently and appropriately as she is in customer service.

I went to the dressing room which they have 2 the one in the back had a sign saying closed go to the front. The girl at the little podium which the dressing rooms are behind she said they were closed and didn’t give me a chance to say another word before she began talking to another employee exiting the store and told me I needed to wait she was busy with another conversation. First of all I was there first and she was so rude and disrespectful. What happened to the customer is the most important person. Without customers you would not have a job
