This is place is CLOSED PERMENANTLY it appears. I went in mid-Fed 2024 and they still had sign up from 2023 saying the location was closed until Dec 31, 2023. I feel sorry for anyone dropping of samples in the bins.

Was told didn’t have the kit for the specific test. Then was told I should have been given the kit by the doctor ordering the test. Then they found the kit. Then they said they can't still do the test because my appointment was after when FedEx picked up those types of samples. Worst appointment experience ever. Don't go there.

I had an appointment at 10:20am but showed up at 9:50am. I was taken in at 10am and was out by 10:15am. I was treated my Mark and he was very thorough and pleasant.

They have really limited hours. I showed up during the available hours only to check in to a kiosk that discourages walk-ins. Sure enough I am greeted finally at the cut-off time with a weak apology as they helped another patron. This place is unprofessional.

1. incompetent at measuring BP. Patient should be seated for5 mins prior to measurement. Phlebotomist tells us they only have 10 mins per patient so can't do that. OK. commonly accepted guidelines say 5 mins is min. Your bosses tell you 10 mins per patient. Therefore it can be intuited that quest policies are inconsistent with commonly accepted guidelines.2. test results not released in a timely fashion. Quest's own patient portal shows date for results release to patient. No results released by that date.I would go elsewhere to have labs taken.

I saw all the other reviews and was anxious doing a walk-in, but I was pleasantly surprised! I signed in around 1:30pm and it warned me that I might not be seen that day, but I think I only had to wait like 15 minutes before I was seen. Checked in, peed in the cup, and left within the hour, plus my lady was very nice!

Jennifer who is working in this lab is a racist. She confirmed my address but she called me another random name ‘Tiffany’ on purpose. While I was confused who is tiffany, she suddenly exploded and yelled at me: you are so rude. I’m gonna send another person to you. Whoever come to this office, avoid Jennifer!

I went without an appointment and got information. After a few hours, compliance occurred. I was tested for covid very quickly. The lady named Bernie was very helpful with the welcome and testing. One day later I got my test result. Thank you for the quick result. Derya from Turkey

I wouldn't recommend coming here without an appointment (esp if their schedule is booked) unless you re desperate as they re setup to have close to no capacity for walk ins. so you may be here for a couple of hours before they can see you. You ll be watching an endless list of people with appointments come and go during that time. There s no real walk ins at quest - the concept is misleading in the way they use it. I waited for an hour, then they closed for a 30 minute lunch and they kick all the standy ppl out during that time. They let you back in half an hour later with no guarantee they ll be able to see you anytime soon.

The staff here isn't that helpful, discouraged in using walk-in kiosk, and asked for a physical paper to be presented for the labs. This location needs to do a better job in accepting walk-ins. There were no patients in the office when we visited so, not sure what's the fuss about! We went to another Quest Diagnostic location immediately, and we were in and out (it was a walk-in). Guess what? Paper documents weren't required. They scanned the barcode from the email and DONE!

Professional, friendly, efficient. All good. Note there is another unrelated business also called Quest in suite C.

It was a bad experience.First, you demand masks but don't want to give them out.secondly, your staff, especially a middle-aged woman, was not as friendly as possible, tried to get me out faster, simply did not understand her work, could not understand the abbreviation for a long time, asked me to call my doctor to decipher it, I started calling and asked to give me a minute, To which she replied, I don't have time. There are no complaints about Mark, he was kind, polite3. She took my insurance, and until I told her that I wanted to return it, she pretended not to know where she was, although she herself inserted it into some kind of device4.when I wanted to make an appointment for a new appointment, she gave me a card with your other addresses that I can contact, making it clear that she does not want me to return to this particular place. I was not alone, not only I noticed this nuance, because I did not plan to record in another place, this is one of the closest.

Usually only write positive reviews, but this latest appointment gets a zero star review. Quest should be put out of business. They are a profit driven widget factory, with overworked staff who get constantly stressed, and therefore cause stress. The problem is the business model. They just try to process as many tests/patients as possible. I come in, I have an appointment. They tell me the test is not in their system and that I have to leave, so they can get to their other patients. Within 2 minutes I call my doctor, who confirms they faxed the test, but the staff member can’t find it in her system and won’t even try to help me at this point, even though my doctor faxed it again immediately. The Quest phlebotomist has already moved on, will not listen to me. It’s very difficult to find time off of work to do these blood tests. Other places have a desk person, and phlebotomists, not Quest, they shark money, by making the phlebotomists do everything. So disrespectful. Fortunately, I found a hospital nearby that let me do a drop in, with friendly, helpful staff on the same day, so now there is no need ever to return to Quest. Thanks for reading my rant.

Very understaffed. Quest should be ashamed of running an operation like this. Any place that asks me for urine or blood test I will make sure it’s not quest. Will pay out of pocket if I have to.
