I called two days ago to make an appointment to help me with my pilot light. Literally freezing. They said Thursday between 5-8, it's 7:44 and no one arrived. We need to pull the plug on these guys and regulate them immediately. Please vote accordingly!

Anytime we get a little bit of wind power goes out because PG&E can't do their job. This is day three of the latest power outage. There is no useful information available online and it is impossible to speak with a human at PG&E. I am now going to throw out everything in my freezer and most of the food in my refrigerator because I can't keep a generator running around the clock Due to noise constraints where I live. I have looked several times and found no visible signs of damage to powerlines or transformers. I have not seen one PG&E truck or customer service rep in the neighborhood since the power went out three days ago. I'm going to install solar with battery backup this summer, Because I cannot depend upon PG&E to deliver power.

With the power line down at Brewster and Upland intersection, PG&E personnel put up a road closed sign at the intersection of Upland and Foss, and a detour sign at Bain Place and Canyon Road. The signs placed at Upland and Foss were placed across the road, blocking traffic, even though there are many residents on that street who needed to access most of the road, and I assisted a driver in moving one sign so she could drive out. At the next intersection where drivers could turn left off Hillcrest onto Upland and reach the closed road, there were no signs to assist people. The detour sign was completely unhelpful, since it was unclear where drivers were being directed and there were no other signs to help them. Please, PG&E, look at a map before placing direction signs and make them helpful and meaningful rather than deceptive and confusing.

I just wanted to thank the incredible PG&E customer service team (operator and technician) that responded to my call because I was worried about my 80yr old mother. I suspected a gas leak with my mom's heater when I came to visit her. Within 30 minutes the technician was at her door and checked all the lines and found the culprit. She's back to 73* heat! Thanks Fernando!

This is the worst utility company in the west. Mismanaged, greedy, incompetent, malicious. Should be taken over by the state. Politicians are so grimy collect money from PGE and vote against Californians. Pitiful F*** you PG&E

It's unfortunate that I have to go through them and I can't really turn to a different place for our NEEDS. I think that's what's the most upsetting. Awful company to try to work with or get anything done.
