It's O.K. I was on hold for 15 minutes then got transferred to voicemail and had to call back. But they did get a last minute Friday order ready for pick up in under 40 minutes for me. Online payment was easy and nice, I was able to send it straight to my customer and have them pay. The yard hand that helped me load was fantastic and funny. In and out in record time.

This is review specifically dealing with Carlos (hoping there is only one Carlos in sales, as I do not know his last name). I h ad a small custom order for some plywood. Carlos phoned me the next day informing he made a mistake. All of us humans make mistakes from time to time, but what defines someone's character is what they do next. In this case Carlos phoned me, did not try make excuses, or blame anyone else, he acknowledged it and asked how he could make it up to me, which he did. We need more people in this world like Carlos!

Very welcoming, including to do it yourselfers with small projects. Vast lumberyard set up for pros, but accessible to all. I needed help with plywood cuts and they did a perfect job. Their lumber is top notch and the staff professional and helpful.

The guy at the counter was extremely helpful. He looked up what I was looking for and showed me exactly where it was. The price for this difficult to find synko exterior patch was cheaper than the Internet. I will be back.

Last Wednesday around 2:43 p.m. I went to buy wood to make a door. When I paid for the wood, the manager never told me that I couldn't choose the wood. As I was holding the 1x8_06 board, the manager came up to me and started yelling at me. and told me that I couldn't be choosing the wood, I was just making sure I didn't take some boards that were a little damaged. I feel bad psychologically because the manager disrespected me.

Professional, Friendly, Helpful, Quality. My DIY project: turning a regular door into a barn style sliding door. You'd be lucky to work with Lalo. Patiently by phone, he guided me through their stock, pricing, the strengths and weaknesses of certain materials, and advice on executing my project. When I arrived, Lalo personally attended to me (with a smile!), cut my lumber, and loaded my materials with seasoned advice on transporting wood in my tiny car. Great organization and employees. I highly recommend!!

This company deserves way more than 5 stars. Let's be honest: I'm a clueless girl who doesn't know her way around a lumber yard. I walked in to OK lumber company with a DIY project in mind and the store associate walked me though the yard and showed me all the options explaining the difference. Once we figured out I needed a small cut, he directed me to the scraps and found me a perfect piece. They cut it to the exact size I needed and charged me basically pennies for it. So generous of them! I will forever appreciate OK Lumber Company! Thank you all!!

You should compare prices before buying here i got the same material somewhere else and save me 2500 dollars for my project.
