Excellent, timely, professional service. Easy to drop off and pick up. I haven’t had many issues, but when I have they are very responsive. Elsa is the best to work with. I live in the area and whenever I pass by she waves and says hi. We’ve become fast friends! Thanks Elsa and team!

Charles from the San Carlos location tailored my suit. He did an excellent job tailoring my it. It fits perfectly. When I picked it up, I got to try on the suit with Charles there to ensure it fit as I wanted. Thank you, Charles!

Surprise charges! When I bought in my items and asked how much it would cost, the ladies told me that she wouldn't know. Since I used their delivery service before, I trusted the store. It turned out that almost every item was charged extra, and the total bill came up much higher than I expected. I wish they had given me more information beforehand ...

I'll never come back to this dry cleaner - not ever. They don't answer their phones. Go ahead...call them. I guarantee nobody will answer. I don't know any successful business that provides a service but does not answer their phones. Rediculous.

Very expensive and not competitive pricing for wash and fold service. They want for one bag 60$. I pay for that bag somewhere else less then half the price.

I was so pleased with the condition of my favorite cashmere sweater when I returned to Mulberry’s after having deputed it off with two terrible stains. It was my first visit after a move to San Carlos. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and doubly impressed when my sweater came out looking new, & on a new wooden hanger for me to take home. DO NOT bring your clothes here if you don’t want them ruined. They somehow burned a portion of my wedding suit pants and destroyed the garment on that area. After I tried to check the garment in that area the lining literally ripped as you can see in the picture. Now they will send the pants to a third party to determine what happened to the garment. At the same time they also accused me of causing additional damage on the already damaged garment over email saying they will save the video of me handling the pants in the store. I will update the review depending the process they follow but that doesn’t delete the fact the their process ruined my pants and I can’t wear my suit this weekend.

Staff are very friendly, store is clean and organized. I choose to send my pieces there for dry clean after reading good reviews expecting my Diane Von Furstenberg wool coat get taken care of. However, I am not sure which process get wrong, my luxurious coat lost its softness and touch dry after the dry clean. My husband's suits are perfectly fine from the dry clean process. I would not trust to send my wool coat for dry clean in the future at Mulberries San Carlos.
