From the moment I walked in, Mona was welcoming and professional, making me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly skilled and precise, taking the time to shape my eyebrows perfectly. The threading process was quick, virtually painless, and the results were flawless. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Mona’s Threading to anyone looking for top-notch eyebrow threading services. I'll definitely be returning!

Mona is amazing! Been going to her for my eyebrows since 2018! Super authentic and friendly and such a pro at what she does. Her pricing is so reasonable. Her hands are so agile and light I don't feel any pain! Everytime I come to see her it's like visiting a long time friend! I'll stay loyal to her for as long as there are hairs on my eyebrows!

I recently visited this salon and had a very disappointing experience. While the technician did a decent job on my eyebrows, the rest of the service was far from satisfactory. I requested a relaxing head massage, but instead, the technician refused to pay attention to my requests. Despite informing her multiple times that I am allergic to fragrances, she applied a cheap, heavily scented hair mask. As a result, I have had a terrible headache since the massage. I felt completely unheard and frustrated because none of my requests were acknowledged.
The entire experience felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. It seemed like the technician was overbooked and in a hurry to move on to the next client. My service was interrupted once by another client, making me feel rushed and unheard. This was far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for, and I left the salon feeling worse than when I arrived. I do not recommend this salon to anybody looking for relaxing, professional services.

I’ve been looking for a good facial for a very long time and Mona’s facial was just amazing. So relaxing and made my skin glow for days! She really knows how to customize the facial to suit your skin type and caters the experience to your liking.
