My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday here. All the kids had a great time. The staff is very friendly and did a great job by entertaining the kids. Thanks

Definitely do not come here. It is UNSAFE. The equipment is not set up properly and the owner takes no responsibility for injuries that are fully the fault of the team who works here. My friend was injured simply by stepping on the balance beam. This photo of the balance beam falling was taken right before he went to urgent care for immediate medical attention.

Great facility with lots of activities and mix of obstacles for the kids in our group...ages 5-9. We did the Young Warrior birthday party for our daughter, and everyone had a blast!

* Fun coaches and "usuals". It helped to have people actually experienced in OCR providing tips on techniques. * Nice variety of obstacles. They had enough of the harder obstacles I have encountered on race days which makes it easier to improve. * Convenient location. Lots of parking around. (And close to my work).

Our kids left summer camp physically exhausted but mentally so pumped and proud of what they did (or tried to do). The camp counselors were enthusiastic and organized at drop off and pick up.

BEWARE BRINGING YOUR CHILD HERE. I brought my 7 year old nephew here for his first parkour class and within the first 20 minutes, due to the recklessness of the "instruction", he took a severe fall. I immediately took him home, where he starting throwing up. After an evening in the ER and an MRI, he was diagnosed with a concussion. I'm sure many kids have attended the camps and classes without injury, but you should be aware that you are risking your child's safety by bringing him/her here. I clearly told them that this was his first class, but the level of instruction and safety considerations they took was nonexistent. After a quick warm up, they asked him to swing and jump from an apparatus 8 ft above the ground. They gave no instruction on how to land nor did any practice at a lower level. Also, other than the natural cushioning of the floor, there was no padding to break his fall. After the incident, the owner returned our call and blamed me that I misrepresented my nephew's fitness level. They also lied about the fall (which they didn't realize I had on video). They clearly are unwilling to take responsibility for their role in what happened. I will never take a child here again. I recommend you do not either.

Avoid this place unless you want to risk serious injury to your child! We sent our 7 year old to an evening Parkour class based on the good reviews here. We told the instructor that it was our son's first time, and he ended up being the only one in the class, with a teacher named Anthony. After about 15min of various warmup exercises, they put him on a swing about 5+ ft up, above a floor that was lightly padded, with little training. On his very first swing, he fell on his side and head. Despite how bad the fall was (and him being basically verbally non-responsive afterwards) the instructor apparently encouraged him to keep going. Luckily his Aunt who was with him insisted they stop and took him out of the class, as it was apparent he got really hurt. It doesn't sound like Kings has much in terms of safety procedures or protocols. When we reached out to Mike the owner, it took him 3 days to return our call. Rather than apologize or take responsibility for his staff, he misrepresented the set of circumstances in way that was totally different than what actually occurred, and he was super defensive. He stated that my son landed on his feet, when we had taken a video showing it was clearly the opposite. Attaching the screenshots from that video to this review that clearly shows he was lying. We ended up having to take our son to Stanford and they recommend an MRI after seeing him and he was diagnosed with a concussion. To all the parents out there, be wary of this place, your child may end up in the hospital!

This was our 2nd party at King's Camps. We had a perfect event. Nikita and Colin were so good with our group of kids (ages 5-10) and all party goers loved the experience. There were enough varied activities so all the kids could find something to enjoy. The King's crew was helpful, organized, and efficient--all while having fun. Nikita even gathered the kids up for a great group photo!

Kings Camps and Fitness literally gave me back my energy and personal strength. Great place for all to feel comfortable and valued. But GE prepared to work (fun work)!

So glad to be back at King’s after a hiatus while I was living out of state. Great to see the community again, and get back to Mike’s satisfying workouts.

A gym with some incredibly challenging workouts, but also a community that pushes your to your limits. Love that the coaches know each member by name and always facilitate an engaging workout.

Great workout and great community. This is exactly what I was looking for- challenging but achievable. I really like the variety within the classes.

This is a special place where the workouts are super challenging and never boring, but it's also welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. Really happy I joined. I always leave with a great sense of accomplishment after.

Similar to other reviews, the flexibility for missed sessions is atrocious. They are unforgiving if you cancel within their "generous" 4-hour window, even if it is for hazardous driving conditions from a cataclysmic atmospheric river the morning of the class. They don't do make-up classes or refunds. You are paying for a time a lot, not an experience. Disappointing because was otherwise looking forward to sending my son to their Ninja Warrior class but now we will explore other friendlier gyms instead.
