“I have to take a second out of my day to applaud this consignment center. My fiancée and I have now purchased two items, and we absolutely love their hidden gems. Looking at some of these reviews, I feel like we must be in a different universe, because the staff here have been so wonderful, warm, patient, and accommodating. I specifically want to call out the sales associates Michelle and Tiana for helping us find pieces we really love and going the extra mile reaching out to some of their consigners for us. Nowhere that I'm familiar with in the area can you find gorgeous one of a kind original artwork at such bargain prices, but the cherry on top really is the customer service. Looking forward to many years of business here!”

“I trust this place with my watches. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They know the inner workings of all brands, even the ones they don't carry... I brought my Wrestling digital in and they fixed it for me.... And their prices for minor repairs and batteries are the best I've encountered in CA. I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....”
“The showroom is nice, clean yet feels warm and inviting. This included reserved customer spots, water, and campaign. I also liked that it is family run and on a side note the owner is very friendly. Felicia was our sales rep, who we loved. Not just because she also had a pitbull , but she is personable and informative (which I needed because I knew nothing about rings). We never felt pressured to buy, prices were good, and everything was seamless. That being said , this allowed us to really enjoy and be in the moment for this special experience! I highly recommend this store and Felicia Cheers!”
