I've been to B&B Nails several times, and it's always a great experience. Booking an appointment online is super easy . I have not had issues finding parking. There is parking available in the front and back of the salon. Services I've had are gel manicures, pedicures and Gel X. I'm particular about my Gel X nails, and they consistently do an excellent job. Quinnie, in particular, is fantastic--patient, communicative, and attentive to what I want. I'm really happy with my nails!

Called about 10mins before arrival on a Tuesday and I was able to get my mani/pedi done at the same time which is always a plus! Shape, color, and design were done really well. The inside isn't fancy or anything but definitely would recommend this place for Gel x!

So I made a first time appt today (5/15/24) @ 10:15, I arrived in the parking lot at 9:55, I figured they don't open until 10 am so I would wait a few minutes. I walked to the door at 10:07 and NO ONE was there! Then I get a text from them @ 10:19 asking if I'm coming?! Really? I texted back I had to go somewhere else (I have to make sure I'm done on time to pick my son up from school (half day)). I told them it was unprofessional to ACCEPT an appt & not show up...they had the audacity to say DON'T COME BEFORE YOUR APPT! LMFAO! I guess they would rather have customers who are not punctual! I was like 8 min early! Really!! Pls. Don't waste your time on people who can not even be on time for appointments THEY ACCEPTED! I could see if my appt had NOT been accepted & I showed up, I'd have no leg to stand on. But that's not the case here.

This is my first time here with the new ownership. I'm impressed with how friendly the staff was and how clean it is inside. Mai took her time with my nails and did a beautiful job! My nails were in pretty bad shape after breaking and not being taken care of for a while. Mai was able to clean up the cuticles without cutting me, she shaped them and did a beautiful job painting them. I will definitely be back!

Such a lovely place I'm very picky about nail spa and this place is absolutely wonderful. Super friendly staff and impeccable service. Not to mention they are so creative with their designs, I've been going there for almost a year now. Don't trade it for any other spot.

The first time I came they did a fantastic job with GelX and regular pedi. The GelX stayed on strong! As a weightlifter, it's hard to find a place that has durable nails! I wanted them changed to traditional gel manicure because I couldn't do the long nails anymore. During removal, they grinded down my nails down so much that I barely had any natural nails left. A few days later, my nails broke apart by just being too thin. Three weeks later, every single nail broke because of how brittle my nails are. I would only go back to this salon for pedicures

Good work, which is why I re-booked an appointment with the guy for my pedi and the main gal for my mani at the same time because I needed to save time before heading out of the country but they didn't honor my appointment and same time request. My appointment was for right when they open but they asked me to come in 15 mins later so they can open up shop. I walked in and the 2 people I specifically requested just took a client as they were setting up putting their gloves on so I just walked out. Disappointed customer for sure. Please honor appointments because they're made for a reason.

Ok spot for a pedicure, ok price. Pros: Fairly fast service Good price for a mid level pedi. Service started on time, appointment was easy to make. Can pay by Venmo Pedicure has so far lasted in great condition for three weeks. Cons: Parking is tough in the area if side of street. Seems to have a small lot in the back but I wasn't sure how to access it Was kind of rushed out of there before the topcoat had enough time to dry which resulted in a small smudge on the big toe. It was not busy at all, just one other client with of 2-3 empty stations. They were out of about half the scented scrub / lotion treatment choices. No mint, no rose, no green tea, finally settled on my fourth choice lavender. This was mid day on the weekend, disappointed they were poorly stocked.
