You can TRUST Fred!I asked Fred for a second opinion after Dealership quoted 5K for an important job needed to be done - replace water bypass housing (hose, coolant, thermostat, and pressure cap).Reason: water bypass housing leaking coolant.Fred found NO coolant leak!Free of charge.I’m good to drive across CA to attend my daughter’s graduation in 2 weeks!Fred had a busy day, but he checked my car knowing how this was important for me.Many thanks!I feel so relieved!

I asked these folks if they could replace my Cadillac ATS CUE glass plate (damaged and scratched galore) with a new screen. (The device has not functioned for over 3 frustrating years). After providing me with the most reasonable estimate, I scheduled the appointment for 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24. At 11:00 a.m., my vehicle was ready for me to pick up with the new CUE screen. What a delightful experience. They even re-packaged the damaged screen so I could safely recycle it. Five stars plus!
