Miguel is such a good person who helped us buy our first car very knowledgeable and he gave us a good deal. I purchased the 2024 Honda Odyssey here for a great price! I needed a bigger car for my growing family, and the salesperson James recommended the Odyssey. Couldn't be happier with the decision. The car is spacious and convenient. James was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We never felt pressured to buy either. This is the worst dealership i have dealt with. I bought my vehicle in dec 2022 and within a week cancelled GAP and HondaCare. Its been a year that i have been following up with their finance team and GM over emails and phones. They have not refunded me for GAP cancellationLast month Mr Mario called and personally promised me that a check will be mailed. Its one month now and that hasn't happenedCountless emails and phone calls ...they just take customer for granted One year of followup ...tells us what they think of customers.

I would like to compliment Hector Contreras, the Service Manager of Honda of San Carlos. He took the time to explain to me how and why I was getting a Tire Pressure Warning message right after I had to replace one of the fronttires. In order to make certain that there was really no problem with any of the tires, Hector had a service person check each tire, let me know how much tread was left on the 3 original tires, and how many more miles I should expect to achieve on each one, subject to the kind of driving my husband and I do. My husband and I are indebted to Hector for the time and care he showed to us.

Stay away from this Honda San Carlos's service department. Extremely unacceptable, disappointed customer service and very bad experience. Don't waste your time with Honda San Carlos.I feel like being ripped off for $320 that I paid just because this Honda Accord Hybrid 2017 required oil I changes with code A12 and other lights on the dashboard. All these engine lights still on!! Went to this Honda San Carlos, met this service advisor, John Jeffries. I was told to paid $250 so to proceed with the diagnosis due to those lights on, otherwise I can walk away with same lights on. I told John this lights on happened before, previous Honda Primo was able to resolved the lights by resetting. He said paid the diagnosis, then they can proceed. ok, when I asking for more information such as explain to me what will I get from this diagnosis? He said we are not like any code reader you can find out there, their technician using very professional machine that can provided detailed information and etc bla bla bla...After the $250 diagnosis and oil changed, when picking up my card, I only received a printed out and recommendation to replace multipurpose camera assembly and perform static/dynamic radar aiming for $3,027.15.Talked to John's manager, Hector about my experience. He told me this is their service model, paid or else no service, even to reset lights. No money no talk? What kind of customer service is it?More surprises and more disappointment just getting worse.When I picking up my car after oil change and paid the $320 fees, I asked for my car key, but told to wait on "driveway " for my car. waited a while no car showing up and I can see my car just parked in the parking lot in front. When I ask them why, then they just found out the key is missing...Eventually, one service lady found the key inside the car. What happened to the key tag? Maybe the car never got into service and has been sitting in the parking lot for the whole time? my service advisor, John wasn't even want to bothered or help! When I drove my car home, I saw the oil maintenance light still on, so I have to drive back and have them check, they forgot to reset the light! What is going on with them???At this point, I wonder if they actually did performed the diagnosis and even the oil changes. After all the 4 hours+ of bad experience with Honda San Carlos, and paid $320, my car still has all the lights on. Would you still trust them to perform the $3,027 repairs?

I would highly recommend this dealership to all. We got our 2024 Honda Odyssey touring 2024 from here. We got a really good deal with excellent interest rate. The manager Brian Day was very kind, he listened to our concerns and was able to accommodate our budget. They didn't force us to buy anything. I was very straightforward on what my budget was and what I wanted and they accommodated our requests. Our sales person was Tito Cruz who was also very accommodating and professional. Thanks to Brian and Tita for an excellent customer service, we will surely come back again.

If you are looking for a car I highly recommend this place. Renan helped me pick the right car as soon as i told him what i was looking for. We tested the car together, Renan was very nice to go over all the technology the car comes with & made our purchase a smooth one with all the paperwork. My family & I are very happy with the purchase of our new 2024 Honda HR-V and I will definitely recommend to family & friends. Thank you again Renan for your excellent customer service!! First review at the new location and new management. Unfortunately, their prior location closed due to poor sales during COVID. Currently, they are set up in some trailers, while building their new spot. Site used to offer car washes after a service, but given the location, it's no longer available.Dropped off my car at 2:30pm and surprised to hear that they wouldn't be able to fix it until the next day. They also don't offer any transportation back on Sat and Mondays unlike other dealerships. Overall, they were communicative and messaged us with updates throughout the time.
