This rating is for one employee at this Home Depot's Customer Service Center. Ariel was handling my issue regarding an important lost item. He contacted the Lost and Found Department by phone and had to wait for a response. Almost 15 min later, no one from L & F called. He called again and waited maybe 5 min, when he decided to check on the issue himself. I told him I would be in the the garden seed packet section of the store for a bit and then come back. Another 10 or 15 min later, he rushed up to me (apparently he had been looking for me) to let me know that L & F did not have my missing item - but he assured me that EVERY section of 'The Vault' was searched, and that he was very sorry. My strong impression of Ariel was that he was kind, understanding, and caring. I have not had that kind of service at Home Depot in a long time, but it was good to know there ARE good people there, despite the greedy upper mucky-mucks controlling how the business is managed.

This Home Depot sold me a ripped and taped up, 1/3 empty bag of soil for full price. I bought it at night and they are stored outside in the dark so I couldn’t tell. Didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t think I’d need to return a bag of soil?? It was super clumpy and had a metallic, mildewy smell once I opened it too.Edited review: I came in without a receipt and explained the issue and they gave me decent credit to use towards my purchase that day

Helpful friendly store. Staff very helpful in researching stock. Kudos to customer service agent Susanne who is a rock star. I bought an expensive hose that did not meet expectations. She took care of it ASAP. She is was friendly and upbeat.

At The Home Depot in San Carlos, the employee Rosalinda, a very kind lady, helps us when we go shopping but the employee Satma is very rude and rude, a very bad experience with her, she practically kicked us out of the store when we asked her for help.

This place is for people who are in home building. I came in for a few odds and ends and was impressed with the inventory.

Employees don't know what They are doing or anything on the store. Not enough employees who have a knowledge. And you have to Pack your own stuff. Very sad, they are very good on their cell phone.

I never go to Home Depot. I went to pick up poinsettias for a friend because Home Depot was selling them for 1.98 each.I wasn’t able to complete the purchase because Home Depot doesn’t take Apple Pay. How is that possible? I stopped carrying a wallet since 2019 and now the DMV has an electronic drivers license so I really really don’t need a wallet with plastic things. This is the first time in 4 years that a store has not accepted Apple Pay in the Bay Area. When I travel I do carry cards in a wallet. That is when I travel internationally.Get with the plan Home Depot. This isn’t 1999. It’s 2023 almost 2024.
