All the associates here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They explain options and I have not had any problems with my reservations. They have had the requested vehicle each time- electric or SUV. Thank you for providing excellent service.

They were very nice and helpful, my car was broken into and I fixed it from my own funds, no one refunded me , but the office helped me out and reimbursed me for that, thank you I appreciate it

Thanks Rebecca you have been very patient and helpful. I been here multiple times everytime I took to much time or the payment didn't go through she assured me that there will probably be a better vehicle or that she'll hold the vehicle I liked for as long as she could. I went to other locations but at this particular location, you will be helped. Thanks again Rebecca!

This place is very unprofessional they gave me a tesla that has expired inspection document so i cant drive for uber because they are close sunday monday very frustrating and unprofessional unfriendly staff they will have you cleaned the vehicle before returning im hertz regular customer i rent cars for travel and they dont care if i returned car dirty cause they have people to cleaned they should have someone cleaned the car once uber driver returned it

Don’t ever bother reserving a car from these guys; they have no visibility to their inventory. You show up, they just turn you down saying there is no car. I wonder what’s the point of reserving if the car is not reserved. Total disaster.
