I placed an order last night online and spent about $240 on softball merch.
Went in around 4pm and the sales clerk asks me if I have an email confirmation for pick up and I told him I did not. He then explains that for pick up orders, it can take up to two weeks to fill.
Why does it take a store with merch up to two weeks to fill? Their website didn't explain this and that was why I chose not to have it shipped. Like any apparel store for pick up, they usually have your order ready within 24 to 48 hours not up to two weeks.
First/last time ordering from here, nothing personal but there should have been some type of disclaimer mentioning that pick up at the store does have a wait time up to "two weeks". I'm definitely not happy especially when my kid needs the merch for softball.

Just received our new staff apparel & the T-Shirts are really great quality. The quality of the logo on the shirt is elite. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Justin for your final touches on our new logo that needed to be updated.

Worst customer service ever. I had a question regarding sizes. The employee I spoke to was rude and condescending. I had him on speaker phone and the person standing next to me even commented on what a jerk the employee was. They have a hold on the market for uniforms for the peninsula so they have the attitude that can treat people like crap. Someone should open a uniform store with decent customer service and take their customers.

This has got to be the worst store with the worst customer service ever. I only recently started calling because it was past the 15 days !!!!! their website says your order will be ready within 10 to 15 days and I still never received an email so I called twice every time I call the man who answers the phone is extremely rude like I shouldn't be calling I'm only calling because it's past the 10 to 15 days the order says it would be ready I would never order another thing from the store again! A simple apology that the order is taking longer than expected, would speak volumes!!!!

I used their services a few months back and although they were grumpy and dismissive, they did a good job on my tank tops. Today I brought 4 more items to have screen printed and they ignored me the first few minutes then acted like I was like a nuisance. If you don't like your job then find another one. If you are miserable, do something about it. And if you want people's business, be kind AND at least SOMEWHAT accommodating. I shouldn't be the one trying to make you have a better attitude. It's too much work, and I'd rather pay DOUBLE somewhere else. If I treated my clients like this, I would be out of business. I I told them they were negative and walked out with my items I'm hand.

Goetz Brothers is the place for your sports needs. I would definitely recommend this place if you play baseball, softball, t-ball. They sell everything you need if you're in a league and they even add names to jerseys. Staff here are very helpful and know their stuff. We ended up buying soccer cleats for tball since soccer cleats can be used in both sports but not vice versa, so saved us money.
