I took my old Mercedes in on a friend's recommendation and couldn't have been happier with the service provided by owner Marcelo. He is truly an honest guy. He determined that my car's issue might be covered by a recall and informed me that only a dealer could handle this issue. He did not recommend any unnecessary service after a thorough diagnostic which has been my experience with several places in the past. I will be recommending Frans Auto Repair to all my friends who own Mercedes. This is how an auto repair shop should be.

Warren, Jorge and the guys always take care of me. I came here a couple of years back after seeing another mechanic who played me. Warren has always been honest, taken good care of me and my old lady car. I would recommended to anyone. An honest and trustworthy mechanic. They take my car in whenever I need a check up even if I just need some air in the tires. 5+ stars all around

Yesterday, I decided to let Warren to replace my valve gasket. I hastated because it was not cheap. I bought this 2007 335i used. After it's replaced I wonder if it feel the same as when the car is brand new! It felt more power and better sound. Thanks Warren, great job! David

Highest recommendation. We've been bringing our 2001 VW Golf TDI to Warren ever since we were quoted elsewhere on expensive and suspiciously redundant repairs (about 2 years ago). The "$5000 in repairs" in Warren's hands came to $800, and the car we loved but feared losing is still going strong. Warren's been extremely honest, reliable and fair. We're happy to bring our cars here.

I have recently acquired a becoming-a-classic Mercedes roadster and it needed quite a few things. My father has serviced his cars here for years after our original mechanic passed, and he recommended this place but with a warning that Marcello does not do perfunctory jobs. And was he right! It appears that people assume my car is old and slow when I am scootin' on the highway in middle lane, and with benefit of Marcello's careful maintenance and experience I confidently can assure them that it is not. In any other scenario, my lead foot would have made this toy a toast. Needless to say, my service experience at Frans Mercedes Services has been exceptional. If you really care about your Mercedes, or if you have an appreciating classic, this is THE place to go.

The most honest mechanic I've ever met. After a regular maintenance at the dealer, they told me I needed my rear brakes changed and quoted me. I figured I'd call around to see if someone could do it for less and chose European Auto to do the job. Brought it in and he told me I had 40% meat left on my pads! He promptly took it off the rack and sent me on my way with extra holiday cash in my pocket. I will absolutely bring it back here when I actually need to have my brakes changed.

Found this place with a great Groupon for a half price synthetic oil change. Called and got an appointment within two days. Showed up and was immediately helped by the owner, Warren, who was super-friendly and very helpful. I had a leak somewhere as well so Warren checked it out and found the issue and gave me a temp fix. He also told me how to get a good deal on repairing the leak and even replaced a couple brake lightbulbs and had one of his guys buff my headlights for only a few bucks extra. I will definitely be bringing my wife's car here for her oil change in the next week and I am glad to say I have found a new neighborhood mechanic.

Great experience. I only went in for an oil change but I will go back for any other services I need. They got me in quickly and did the oil change right. Even lent me a gas can to fill up my motorcycle after moving it from Denver.

This place is awesome! They are fast, friendly and are all about the customer. I came in for an oil change. They took my car in right away and I was out in 30 minutes! I would have given them 5 stars just for that but it gets better...As I was driving out, the guy runs after me to tell me one of my tail lights and replaces it for me! You don't see customer service like this anymore. I love this place so much I had to write a review right away. Thank you European Auto!! :)

Went there because I had a Groupon for an oil change. Was very pleasantly surprised at the level of quick and friendly service. Also chatted with the mechanic and one of the proprietors and they seemed very upfront and fair--especially the mechanic who took the time to answer all of my inquiries. Will definitely look to try them again for my next auto repair needs on my German auto. Will report back again with an update after my next appointment.

Highly recommend this place - I have been here twice trying to get band-aids for my old VW Passat. Both times I was able to get the issue diagnosed quickly and was given options to try a low cost solution first before spending big bucks. Thanks!

Excellent across the board. I heard a funny noise in my car but had no problems or warning light but I stopped by on a Saturday. Warren and his team took the time to look at my car, sort out the problem and get me an estimate. I had never met them but they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They found the problem, the part, and the completed the work $200 less than the estimate! I can't say enough good things about Warren and his team. Excellent. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend them to all my friends.
