Nicky runs an excellent business. She and her colleagues are highly responsive and professional. We've been with Farmers for 30 years but switched to Nicky about 2 years ago as our previous agent had become very complacent and took our business for granted. I needed to rent out my condo in order to move my family into our starter home. Thankfully Nicky was able to guide me through the process of converting my condo policy to a landlord policy, so that I was covered for the proper landlord risks.
