Hilton South San Francisco review: I use the Hilton app to pick my room when I check in. Then when I arrive I use the app for my mobile room key and don’t need to stop at the front desk. Slick!

Over all everything was great BUT we the worst night sleep. I’m achey snd my neck hurts. The bed is hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are not nice either. I feel bad to report this but I had been looking forward to the bed the most. The customer service was great.
