I have used dynast clears for over 15 years since we live so close in redwood shores. They offer pickup and delivery. I usually drop off stuff and they get it back to me the following week without delay. Great quality. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. For routine customers, they provide branded laundry bags for easy identification and use. Highly recommended.

I brought in three pieces worth $500 to be cleaned, two of which were purchased in the last three weeks. When I came to pick them up there were burn marks all over the clothing. When I showed them the marks, they gaslit me and said, "maybe you brought it to us like this" even though it had been marked for re-cleaning. When I asked to speak to someone about the marks I was told I needed to wait until the following week when the owner was available. They wouldn't let me take the damaged clothing home without paying for their "services" and couldn't tell me if they would be able to repair the clothing. Ironically, another customer was there with the exact same issue - she brought in a brand new blazer and there were new spots and marks all over it. Do not take your clothing here.

The recent COVID years I have tried several laundry services that seemed fine, but my clothes always came back with a strong soapy perfume smell that I could not stand. Finally found Dynasty Cleaners (from a thoughtful suggestion on NextDoor) and gave them a try -- I have found my laundry! They pick up and deliver, and my clothes are always clean, pressed, fresh and *not* scented. Could not ask for better service.

Please be warned; Soon after I purchased a fine leather coat after wearing it only a few times during CoVID when we ate outside, I spilled food on the coat and had it cleaned by Dynasty. Very sadly this beautiful and costly brand new fifteen hundred dollar coat shrank to the point where I can no longer wear it. I tried on the coat to show the owner how much it shrank and how it lost it's beautiful texture. I wanted to avoid doing a lawsuit, however, I learned that I would have to file a lawsuit to recoup my loss. My warning; make sure you have photos of yourself wearing your coat prior to having your coat washed in case it shrinks because trying on the coat for the Judge to show him that my coat was too small for me apparently wasn't enough information when the owner, Barry Taleghani, of Dynasty appealed after I had won the lawsuit and the second Judge said I did not meet my burden of proof!Secondly, once the damage is done to your article of clothing, as in my case, Barry will have you jump through many hoops to get nowhere in the process to avoid any liability. Do not leave your damaged clothing with him. Barry dismissed a letter from a prominent leather company I provided him stating the facts of my damaged/shrunken coat. Barry wanted me to leave my coat with him without telling me what specialty company was going to 'analyze' my coat. In effort to cooperate with Barry without leaving my coat with him, I found a company online, "The CA Cleaners Association", and informed Barry of this. Except, Barry didn't want this company and instructed them to tell me that Barry wanted me to surrender my coat to him directly and he would send it to a different company to be analyzed. I contacted that different company, and was informed, no, Barry wanted yet another company to analyze my coat. Barry avoided talking with me, but only with the people at these companies in order to lead me on a rabbit trail until finally the owner of The National Cleaners Association told me "you don't need an analysis to prove your coat shrunk, you just need to file a lawsuit and bring your coat to try on for the judge. I informed Barry of this, but Barry didn't like this answer. After exhausting all of the 'specialty' companies he had me jump through, changed his mind again wanting the very same company I had found online in the very beginning to analyze my coat, 'The CA Cleaners Association! So I contacted the CA Cleaners Association to let them know I would be taking Barry to court instead. I cannot stress enough, please do not do business with this company.

I would NOT recommend Dynasty Cleaners for repairs if you want your clothing to look like you did not repair it yourself. I came here because the cleaners near my house said this is where they send repairs. I had some vintage clothing to sell and for that reason I needed the clothing to be professionally stitched up. When I picked everything up it was bagged together so I couldn't inspect it. When I got home, the most expensive repair (a dress that needed the zipper set back in and sewn up along the skirt portion) had been sewn together with the skirt closed up and the zipper hanging off the fabric. A vintage velvet jumpsuit that had frayed edges along the sleeves had been stitched up so that the sleeve slits were gone and you can no longer get your hands into the sleeves. A vintage chinese silk jacket that had a seam under the arm open up had been hand stitched with very visible stitches that look like I did it myself although honestly I think I could have done a better job. A vintage gunne sax dress with a pleat along the waist that needed to be closed up still has a small open portion and very visible white stitching. I don't have the energy to bring these items back and ask for a redo. Horrible experience and loss of $$.

I've been having them do my laundry on a weekly basics it always comes clean and folded something that I've grown to appreciate with the busy schedule the staff is very professional as well. The price is very reasonable considering where we live.
