Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Changing my pharmacy. What I don’t understand is that why do all of them have to go to lunch at the same time and close down. They can take turns going to lunch. That’s how retail works.

Horrible experience - my doctor’s office needed to fax the prescription twice, as they lost the first one. Then, they mistakenly said the items were in stock and ready for pick up the next day. I called to confirm - they weren’t, but they promised they would be ready the day after. I got a message saying that the order was ready for pick up (displaying the name of the product when clicked on the link, so no confusion there) - came to pick it up, and heard it’s out of stock and would only be available in 3 days. It’s time-sensitive for me health-wise and if I had known I wouldn’t be able to buy them timely, I would have chosen a different pharmacy from the get-go. An awful experience

The Pharmacy never answer the phone. I have been using them for years and I am very close to leaving and going to Walgreens or an online pharmacy.This is the worst customer service!

I had a fantastic experience picking up my Rx meds at this pharmacy! The staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long. Plus, they answered all my questions with a smile. I'll definitely be coming back here for my future prescriptions. Thank you!

Been a satisfied CVS customer for years, but today was a meltdown. I got COVID and my dr. ordered Paxlovid. I tried to have it delivered, so I go to the website: verification fails. I call the pharmacy, they have no credit card on file. I go back to the website: I can log on! Three credit cards on file! I try to add a new one -- "sorry techical difficulties." Call the pharmacy: still not card on file. So now I have to drive to the CVS to pick up my Paxlovid and risk infecting the store staff and customers because CVS IT is out to lunch.

I only come here because there isn’t a better choiceThey constantly reach out to my doctor to get refills for the most expensive prescriptions.They robodial me at 8:30am and 5pm every day asking to enable automatic refill.After I turned off automatic calls, an actual person called me asking to enable automatic refills. I asked them to stop calling and they gave me a number to call to get them to stop calling. There’s no way to only keep prescription notifications and only turn off upsells.Sometimes their system just forgets my order. I’ve spent hours on the phone only to find out that my order doesn’t exist in their system.Their hours aren’t even centrally located, some are posted inside and some outside, and they don’t always match.The people working here are fine, but I don’t know how corporate CVS sleep at night.

Truly terrible pharmacy service at this location. I've now gone multiple times where one single person is staffing the pharmacy who has to both fill prescriptions in the back and help costumers. It takes 20 minutes to get through each person in line, you could easily be here for an hour for something that takes 5 minutes at almost anywhere else. This is a consistent issue here for at least a year which I have tolerated until now, and I'm finally transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I would absolutely avoid this place. It should not take an hour to pick up a pre-refilled prescription.

I received excellent service from a pharmacist named Christine today. Insurance had declined to cover the medication, and the cash price was $600... I declined to pay that, but after a week I realized I needed the medication so I came back resigned to pay the $600. Then a lady name Christina took my case and worked on her computer for a long time and was able to get it down to $200... She found a coupon card of some kind. So I'm very grateful for the excellent service I have received at CVS in San Carlos. I have also noted that they don't put you through the ringer as other pharmacies do for certain prescriptions.Thanks a lot guys!

SCAM ALERT. The woman at the register asked if I wanted to take use my $10 discount as part of CVS Rewards. I said sure, and the prompt on the screen showed that CVS would charge me $5/mth and in return I'd get $10 off a month in purchases. Nice deal if you shop there a lot but the woman absolutely should have mentioned that up front. When I said I didn't want to sign up she gave me a hard time. I just wanted to buy some bandages, no thanks to the lying and pressure sales for something that should have been a 15 second transaction.

I was racially profiled January 18th 2023 by three cashiers. I was at CVS to pick up prescriptions for my broken toe that I broke that morning. After I picked up my prescriptions I decided to get some Easter items for my children which ended up being a lot in my cart which by the way the carts are small carts so my cart was completely full. I was heading towards the front to purchase some lotions that happened to be near the front door. As I was about to turn to get lotions from one of the front aisles I was yelled at by one of the cashiers from across the way and was asked rudely and disrespectfully if I was going to be purchasing the items and if so the register was on the other side. I was not done shopping and there was no reason for anyone to question me. Make a long story short the n word was involved yelling and screaming and disrespect happened to me a young Latin law-abiding citizen medical assistant mother of three children. I would never jeopardize my career or my children due to theft. Three of CVS's staff members who were working at the register continued to disrespect me including in front of other customers and their own supervisor. I have never been so humiliated. I advise anyone of color or different ethnicity to not shop at this location. I do not want anyone to be racially profiled as I have. This incident has been reported and is being investigated. If anyone have anything negative to say towards this post I will take your post and find out who you are and expose you. This was my experience and I hope no one else experiences the racist, hateful and unsafe environment. As of now this is not a safe place. And also I have included a photo of my broken toe to show that this is the truth! UPDATE: I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER TODAY JANUARY 19TH AND WAS TOLD THE SITUATION I HAD YESTERDAY WOULD BE DEALT WITH AND ALSO WAS GIVEN AN APOLOGY. EVEN THOUGH I WILL NOT BE RETURNING I DO WANT TO SAY THAT THE CONVERSATION I AND THE MANAGER HAD WENT WELL AND I APPRECIATE THE MANAGERS UNDERSTANDING.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and carries a wide selection of products actually IN STOCK which were out of stock in several other drugstores. Seems well-stocked and well-managed.
