We ordered a couch back in March and was told we will have updates along the production and the couch around May. It’s already mid/ late June and we still got NOTHING! No updates, no phone pickups, no email responses.

I just got my new couch delivered and it is even better than expected and is great quality for the cost. The whole experience of shopping here was great. No pressure, lots of support and guidance, and very good overall customer service. After I purchased the couch they were responsive to all my inquiries on delivery timelines and the couch came sooner than expected. The delivery service they used was very courteous and responsive and worked around my schedule (instead of the usual 4 hour window). In addition, the couch cost half of what it would cost at a Pottery Barn or similar retailer. I could not recommend them more!

This place has really nice high quality couches, I am different tho it was si cramed full of couches it was a bit hard to maneuver in found it hard to look at stuff so I left

Disappointed. Purchased a headboard. Headband looks great but its too tall for my bed frame. Need it shortened 3". Spoke to David several times to see if it can be done kept referring me to Patrick peavey, owner. He's super hard to get a hold of does not call back. Finally found him on FB, messaged him received an email stating nothing he can do referred me to an upholster company. More $$...made me think maybe upholstery company & Cre8 work together.

Pat is the man. I bought my previous couch from him 12 years ago (still in great shape!). We recently moved and decided to upgrade to a larger bumper sectional. Designed, ordered, built and delivered within 2 weeks! Quality is comparable to the big luxury couch stores and at a much better price. Amazing.Thanks again Pat! Much appreciated.

I am probably only person that leaves review 7 years after purchasing couch. In the meantime we moved across the country, multiple places, once even having this couch outside for several months (covered), had 3 kids! And this couch is still with us :)This couch is such a great quality, it didn't lose its shape at all, I can easily take covers off and wash it if I want to, it doesn't have any stains on it, I know that is hard to believe since this poor baby went through a lot. I would definitely recommend cre8 a couch in San Carlos, I wish we had them in Florida where I live now! Jelena

I ordered my first sectional 9 years ago and it's in still fantastic condition. Patrick was my contact person and I felt he went over and above to help me make a decision of style, and the choice of cushion material (they have different firmness choices). I needed a second sofa and again top-notch service and super fast delivery of this custom-made couch. My sister had Patrick solve her very challenging space, which all the premade sofas she had before didn't properly fit in her tiny condo. Patrick also reupholstered her very large Pottery Barn sectional. Now she says she will only buy from Patrick from now on. I agree!

Bought a couch at the end of 2020, now it's the end of 2021 and I have gotten no couch and no refund, no response via email, the store manager won't return my calls, and the company won't even respond to a request from the BBB. Buyer beware.

I was very nervous to order a custom built couch. We needed a sofa because of an accident that damaged our current sofa and had an empty living room. I visited pretty much every store in the Bay Area, didnt like the color and types of store models and heard from each that there is a huge wait because of COVID19. At Cre8ACouch, I was super nervous to order because it would be custom built. When I visited, I loved the variety on the floor and options. The price was moderate but not bad considering the products and Bay Area. On the same day, we took a deep dove and ordered. So excited to say they delivered our couch EARLY and it sits better than the store model. So happy that I took a chance and got something so nice!

Got a custom couch and loveseat about 6 months ago. - Email and in store service is great, up until you've paid in full. After that, it takes a while to get a response. Our delivery was a month late (totally understandable given covid) but we had to call to follow up. - Couch had missing floor protector and the bottom flap was missing a staple. Protector was replaced, and someone said they'd come "saturday morning" to fix the flap, but never showed. Not big deal, but let us know you're not coming, we were waiting. - Went with a custom design b/c we wanted the back higher than what we could find. On delivery, it was off by almost an inch but was told the measurements are by hand and within margin of error. They did take the back cushions to try to stuff them more to make them higher, but when we said that didn't work, there was no follow up. After many unreturned emails/phone calls over several months, we finally got an answer that there was nothing to be done. - We then asked for upholster recommendations, or possibly even replacing the back cushions. Got one recommendation, but have yet to hear about about redoing the back cushions (which we understand would be additional cost). Tired of calling and emailing for update.

Great place to purchase a couch. We were looking to replace our restoration hardware leather couch and found the perfect replacement here. Great quality for less than larger retailers. Incredible customer service from sales to delivery. A pleasure to support a locally owned business.
